9:47 I've never seen a HC be able to pull off a kill combo like that while out of resources. Normally they use that opportunity to refill and potentially kill on the next opening if it appears.

it feels this HC has a ton of MU/Player MU against i-no. They're checking a ton of stuff and have very erratic movement compared to a normal HC round.
ポメラニアン/ダルメシアン is very familiar with Daru_I-No's playstyle, as they've played numerous sets in the past. Moreover, Gobou also said that they think they are one of the best GGST players in the world; so in addition to being formidable with Chaos, they're also a strong, solid player overall. This match-up was a bit hard to watch prior to the Chaos nerfs in season 3...

Anyone know why Daru doesn’t use stroke in neutral like at all?
nobody loves to be in losing condition and i believe if ur facing a char with a long 2k 2d they can kd u after blocking S stroke and h stroke is not even worth to use even an 80 years old granpa can react to it
Both leave you minus on block, so it's a risky option, esp against HC, who can get a full combo off of 2k. It can be a good tool to get in and low profile, but if it gets blocked you are now in disadvantage.
Stroke is mostly used as a move to callout things you can low profile. HC doesn't really do an insane amount of stuff that you can low profile in this matchup. He can but he's relying much more on calling out daru's movement other ways like reactively 6p'ing
