There's something super cool about Devon being the only normal looking guy in the crew, and clearly not a bodybuilder or someone who cares about getting swole or curling, and still has the confidence and strength to hang with these beasts. 70 kg curl is no joke, especially at his age, and considering the fact that his training is mostly centred around static holds and other things specialized for arm wrestling.

I love these guys, love the gym, love the motivation and pure enthusiasm displayed on their face.
Devon's long forearm, which helps him so much in arm wrestling, will tend to work against him here in the strict curl.

Remember when even Shaq has a hard time against Devon? Its because his training is arm focused(specifically arm strength) whereas others dont really focus on arm or even strength (bodybuilders dont even care about strength, size doesn't equal strength) so thats why Devon is always stronger.

@@SuperMontsta You don't know much about the subject it seems. Denis explained that he tried HGH only once in his life when he was still a strongman, more than 15 years ago, and he was disappointed that it didn't do anything for him. He has too much of it naturally due to his genetic condition.

200 bench is impressive tbh that takes some time to develop
Manipulate some different grips with bench press like , wide or close grip with lower weight , than you combine and after one month you will be able to do 8 reps without problem

You guys are going to get to 2 plates and then pass it. Trust it took some time but you all will do it. I used to think damn how do people bench 2 plates but after that in a few months I passed it up. Keep at it.
