You are very welcome. I’ve been reading and watching stuff on true crime for over fifty- five years and I still attend murder trials and have a particular interest in miscarriages of justice-Birmingham Six, Carl Bridgewater case, Maguire Seven, Stefan Kiszko etc. To me this one is a very clear miscarriage, with so many things coming out showing this is very likely. I’m hoping the appeal can be re-opened and the convictions are quashed. I know appeal court judges are very reluctant to do this but however reluctant they might be I can’t see how they can ignore the mass of evidence currently being amassed for them and by Mark McDonald- and his many experts(all having offered their services for free). I hope that is the case anyway!

Another gem I was able to dig outta thirwall and another reason for their concerns consultants to be scared of baby o and P parents…..prior to birth mom concerned about delivering triplets at COCH….they talked her into it, telling her that each baby would get 1 to 1 nursing care….that never happened The father was really upset afterwards….made a lot of inquires…..why was there a lack of communication surrounding the investigation and bereavement support to them…very angry there was a root cause analyse done on 1 of the babies death and they were never to,d, grandma found out about it after seeing it on the news, in a letter to the medical director stated …. At no point had anyone contacted us to inform us this investigation into our son’s death…..felt that the trust did not respect our grief enough to go to every possible length to inform us about this investigation and this added to the distress of our family….they demanded a meeting with the medical director….unfortunately the medical director was on leave and do meeting had to be postponed…..meeting cancelled eventually because someone had gone to the police and do couldn’t comment… Apparently once the matter was referred to the police, the trust had no further contact with the families, from then on only the police had contacts with family 😢😢😢😢😢

Australia tends to jail true whistleblowers. We also jail women wrongly over the death of babies - Lindy Chamberlain & recently released Kathleen Folbigg. The COCH consultants were not whistleblowers while Lucy did document problems, even her own, on Datatix or Incident forms -that have to be investigated.

I was trying to see who else posted in my thread on the 'Back to the science' channel and it says the video no longer exists as the account associated with it has been closed down! It seems Dr Oliver closed down her account. It's a shame because I left so many comments, I created so many threads, and I made the posting life of her followers so difficult by asking simple questions and refuting the nonsense, the ad hominem attacks, the strawman arguments and the false equivalencies that Dr Oliver and her followers made. I hope this isn't permanent and she comes back with more videos so her unsubstantiated claims and the unsubstantiated claims and assertions of her followers can be refuted for once more. My posts clearly caused a lot of reaction and received a lot of attention and a lot of likes even if it was a hostile environment. I sincerely hope the channel comes back so we can listen to more of these wonderful arguments and the false equivalencies between those who think LL is innocent and antivaxxers-cranks-conspiracy theorists.

Thru Thirwall, able to see the actual notes from baby Os crash and who was there….fyi the crash call Dr for that day was Dr B, she didn’t arrive for 40 minutes…..Dr brearey and Dr Gibbs also there along with “ middle aged, dweeb looking boyfriend Dr”…….i was also able to see who did what……Dweeb doctor was maintaining airway and couldn’t have done anything that could have harmed the liver…….br b was very upset after the autopsy report was released, it stated the chest compressions could have caused liver bleed, she didn’t arrive the compressions, we know why Dr brearey is concerned, Dr Gibbs was there and he has a history of problem IV insertions ( see baby G, took 7 sticks for him)…..maybe he out the UVC catheter in wrong ? Lucy did do a Datix report that they lost iv access during recess…..funny the dweeb Dr got a really spiffy job as a consultant right after this baby ……..hmm wonder why ? Wonder who played a part in getting him that job? Oh wait it just a coincidence, nothing to see here
Jar, re: the baby O crash notes, the note entry that states Brearey inserted the needle into McBurney's point and withdrew blood and sent this for blood cultures, does that note entry state which member of staff documented this clinical note?

I hope this isn't permanent and she comes back with more videos so her unsubstantiated claims and the unsubstantiated claims and assertions of her followers can be refuted for once more. My posts clearly caused a lot of reaction and received a lot of attention and a lot of likes even if it was a hostile environment. I sincerely hope the channel comes back so we can listen to more of these wonderful arguments and the false equivalencies between those who think LL is innocent and antivaxxers-cranks-conspiracy theorists.

If that's a scientist, something about her reminds me of the witch out of 'Paulus the Little Gnome'. Funny that should come back to me after all these years😂See how her lips are turned down the whole time, even when she's smiling. She's not averse to joining in with witch hunts herself.
@keithbessant I hate to turn to aesthetics but there's definitely something to that. I think the still upper body and windshield wiper arm gestures are quite incongruous too, which adds to it.
Just saw on X/Twitter though, she shared a pic of her as a bunny girl in 1983. So fair dues, as the aussies say, she looks great. It's just a shame about the content. And ideas. And misrepresentation etc

Thru Thirwall, able to see the actual notes from baby Os crash and who was there….fyi the crash call Dr for that day was Dr B, she didn’t arrive for 40 minutes…..Dr brearey and Dr Gibbs also there along with “ middle aged, dweeb looking boyfriend Dr”…….i was also able to see who did what……Dweeb doctor was maintaining airway and couldn’t have done anything that could have harmed the liver…….br b was very upset after the autopsy report was released, it stated the chest compressions could have caused liver bleed, she didn’t arrive the compressions, we know why Dr brearey is concerned, Dr Gibbs was there and he has a history of problem IV insertions ( see baby G, took 7 sticks for him)…..maybe he out the UVC catheter in wrong ? Lucy did do a Datix report that they lost iv access during recess…..funny the dweeb Dr got a really spiffy job as a consultant right after this baby ……..hmm wonder why ? Wonder who played a part in getting him that job? Oh wait it just a coincidence, nothing to see here
Jar, re: the baby O crash notes, the note entry that states Brearey inserted the needle into McBurney's point and withdrew blood and sent this for blood cultures, does that note entry state which member of staff documented this clinical note?

@@karenwall8643reason I think Dr V did the notes….she was crash consultant on that day……Gibbs helped with intubation then left. Then came back later in the resus

I refuted one of her assertions (delicately, I might add) in the comments section of one of her videos. Her response misquoted me, such that it completely changed the context of my response.
It's hard to reconcile being a credible scientist of any kind whilst interpreting and handling information as poorly as she does.
