I went to a nearby CVS and the cashier didn’t want to do the hand sanitizer deal because the coupon says cosmetics and sanitizer does not apply 😞
My CVS had the hand sanitizer which I purchased and used the $5 CRT; however, I did NOT get the $8 ECB. Contacting customer care, but what’s up with that??

I also did that deal and the shea hair mask doesn't qualify towards the amount spent.
I ended up going back in and doing the bogo coupon deal again. I had alot of ECBs to roll

i don't understand how extra care bucks work... because you get the coupon once you buy the item? i tried getting some deodorant from the sure brand and after the extra care bucks it would've been free but i only got the coupons after i bought the product which doesn't make sense.. i'm new to this and obviously i did something wrong but i just can't wrap my head around it
You get the extra bucks after you make the purchase. So you pay $2 and get $2 extra bucks back. Then you can use the $2 extra bucks on your next purchase. Once you start building up your extra bucks you can spend very little or no money on your purchases and earn more extra bucks.

I did the physicians formula one but it didn’t print out the $8 ECB because it says it’s for cosmetics only and the spray hand sanitizer is not considered a cosmetic item 😕

So the extra care bucks expire quickly. What do you do with them then
Extra care bucks usually don't expire for 1 month. Beauty bucks are 1 or 2 weeks. CRT's are 1 week
Just a tip. If you have any crt's or manufacturer coupons that are expired up to 2 days past the date CVS takes them. I do it all the time.

My store didn’t give me the $8 ECB either. Said it had to be cosmetics. Also I believe CVC gives you a 2 day grace period on their store coupons

Sarai Roman A grace period is like a couple day’s leeway after a coupon expires. For example my mortgage company has a 10 day grace period before they charge a late fee

I had 2 CRTs for Pantene I was getting 2 serums and 4 shampoos $5 off $10 styling product + $2 off pantene and i had the $5 off 3 MF and my CRTs were not going through. 😫😫😫 Had to leave everything! 🤣🤣
My stores let me use crt’s one day after they expire. You should check with your store.

I was able to find the physicians formula hand sanitizer. I was so happy because I found them in a display by the hair care area. I had almost given up but was so happy when I found them. My store had the babo toilet paper by the front door. So happy I was able to score both items.

Probably till Saturday. But I doubt it will last that long before being gone. My store only had 8. I did see a busier 24/7 store that had more last week tho.

Some take CVS coupons up to 2 days after the expiration date. Definitely varies.
@@YF. You can only use one manufacturer coupon per item, whether it be digital or paper. So if you want to use both digital and paper, you would have to purchase two of those items.

Download the CVS app to your phone. Alot of CRTs there. Also you can make a small purchase when you go into the store and CRTs will print on the bottom of your receipt.
So how does someone get started doing this

Suzanne Roberge mine too. If I get one who reads every coupon & CRT, they won’t even try to scan it. I tried one at the self checkout yesterday and it kicked it out. Not sure if date was the issue because it was kicking out all coupons & CRTs.
