Any thoughts on the new decree from batfe? Do you guys have an ffl? I do not, and like yall, swap and collect firearms a lot. I'm curious if this will be implemented and enforced...
@GSquaredTactical atf redefining "dealer" in an existing law so that anyone who sells a gun must have an ffl. Even 1 gun. Supposedly ending the "gun show loophole". Better check it out. I'm not sure when it takes effect. 30 days after the decree. There goes my retirement plan...
@GSquaredTactical Eric with Iraq veteran 8888 did a decent video on it. Several others have. I don't think it's posted to the national register yet. Maybe pushback will intervene.
