    Its pretty simple. If you cant do pull up with your body weight that means you dont have strength to pull that much weight. Increase your strength, do the strength training and keep practicing pull up everyday. You can start with just hanging on the bar and grow slowly everyday. Allow yourself for atleast 2 months of training

      Wo kehna chah rha hai ki agr do logon ka same muscle mass hai pr ek ki body pay manlo 7-8 kg ka fat zyada hai to obviously agr dono10 kg weighted pull up lagayenge to fat wala admi 17-18 kg zyada utha rha hai or usko mushkil hogi

    Ye weight wale pull ups maine 12th class mein he kr liye the just after 3-4 months of gym. 60kg body weight tha 12kg weight ke sath. Toh strength toh chaiye he hoti hai but consistency jaruri hai aur sabse jaruri muscle and mind connection hota hai. Agar tumne soch liya ki nhi ho payega toh vo hoga he nhi. My body type is when I eat I can gain weight easily,glowing skin, definition in muscles and eating kum krte he I can lose weight. Above all I smoke and I drink too but I smoke alot. Toh muscle and mind connection banao bas.

    Relative strength weak hota logo ka ..kyuki gym janeke baad vo bodyweight exercises neglect kar dete and pull is advanced exercise...you have to lift your entire bodyweight...if you want to get better then you have to do pull up more frequently

    2 years ago I was 60kg and I could do a max of 6 clean full range motion with additional 35kg weight but today Due to indiscipline and inconsistency I have become fat but yes, heavy weighted pull ups aren't a biggy unless you start thinking about it as one because it becomes difficult when you think it is.

    I am 80+ in weight right now and in bulking cycle. I do pullups, chinups at the end of the heavy workout daily. 3 sets 20, 18, 15. Weight lagakar nahi lagaa pata.
    Any solution.

    The main thing is your arm strength to pull your body weight, even the light weight one can't do pull ups if their arms r not strong

    Mere gym me ek bhaiya aate hain 105 kg k hain 20kg add kar k pull karte hain.. 10 times wide grip me ..

    Ab agar unka fat bolu to full body pe hai but unki back & arms bohot strong hai..
    Vo bolte hain arm shoulder back & core ki wajah se vo kar pate hain..
    In short body fat se nhi balki shi muscle group regular train karne se pull ups strong ho jaega..

    Body fat kam karne se benefit milega but weighed pull marna tab b mushkil ho jaega kisi k liye b..

    Best ki aap dono karo ..
    Fat% b kam karo or proper tarike se back train karo..

    Itna jyada muscle mass hone pr weight 90 approx hotta he and then ye 40-50 kg weight ke sath pull up laggate he wight and fat is not a problem only practice and strength required to do such things

    First of all body weight and body fat doesn't matter in pull ups
    The basic science behind pull ups is the regularity of practising pull ups and the strength of your biceps and forearms....
    Secondly the engagement of shoulder blades
    Third is core strength
    So if you know how to engage your shoulder blades,how to use your core strength,You can easily do pull ups....kuch bhi bolte ho Yaar

    When I was at 67kgs but above 20% bf, I could do +15kgs for 5 reps. But now I am at 56kgs (cutting) yet I can’t even try doing weighted pull-ups anymore, only bodyweight ones for 8-10 reps per set.😅

    Weighted ka to pata nhi mere gym me bhot physic Vale log hai but pull up koi nhi karta pata nhi kya scene hai. Or i dont know ye jo loog 100 ki bench press ki baate karte hai dikte nhi hai. North ho ya south hardly see people with 100+ bench press. Hote hai but bhot kaam. Par loog baate karte hai 100 maar diya aj chest hai patli si. I'm 46inch+ with V shape still 100 for me is lot.

    Yeah I personally Feel When I Was 53 Kgs I can do Easy 20 Pull Ups But The I Started But & Now 65kgs i am not even able to Do 15 Pull Ups

      Brother reduce rice and other carbs from The diet, increases protein, fibre rich diet. You will see an overall reduction in calorie intake. Do some exercise daily. Take a walk after every meal.

    Exception aur generalization me difference hota hai , you would rarely find people more than 5,10 height and 90 kg bodyweight having very good weighted pull ups ab koi 2,4 influencer ka nam mat thusane lagna jyada gyanchand banke pahle ki kaha exception 😉 uspar bhi form matter karta hai lata jhatakke chin upar le jana aur proper form se le jane me bht difference hota hai 🙏
