Its pretty simple. If you cant do pull up with your body weight that means you dont have strength to pull that much weight. Increase your strength, do the strength training and keep practicing pull up everyday. You can start with just hanging on the bar and grow slowly everyday. Allow yourself for atleast 2 months of training

Relative strength weak hota logo ka ..kyuki gym janeke baad vo bodyweight exercises neglect kar dete and pull is advanced exercise...you have to lift your entire bodyweight...if you want to get better then you have to do pull up more frequently

2 years ago I was 60kg and I could do a max of 6 clean full range motion with additional 35kg weight but today Due to indiscipline and inconsistency I have become fat but yes, heavy weighted pull ups aren't a biggy unless you start thinking about it as one because it becomes difficult when you think it is.

When I was at 67kgs but above 20% bf, I could do +15kgs for 5 reps. But now I am at 56kgs (cutting) yet I can’t even try doing weighted pull-ups anymore, only bodyweight ones for 8-10 reps per set.😅
