Plz suggest me which is more beautiful trek rupin pass or buran ghati trek???bcoz u have done both... What is the difference between these 2 treks??? Me and my wife are planning to do one trek between these 2 treks...plz i m waiting for your reply
Hello Chirag… I always say and believe that all mountains are different… all treks are also different from each other and have their own beauty and experiences… though both treks are in Himachal and near to each other the experiences on both the treks, Rupin Pass and Buran Ghati are very different… on the Rupin Pass trek you come across the jhaka Village (which is known as a hanging village), the campsites on most of the days are at riversides, there is also the very beautiful Rupin waterfall which you have to cross and the final summit where you have to climb the Rupin Gully… whereas in the Buran Ghati trek you come across a very beautiful meadow which is your Dayara campsite, a day trek to the ChandraNahan lake from Litham campsite, the beautiful trek from Dhunda to Buran pass and also the adventurous experience of rappelling… the views on both the treks are mesmerizing… though both the treks are fantastic personally I would rate the Rupin Pass trek a bit higher than Buran Ghati trek…
