Gaga's character felt like the only real person in the movie. Like you could imagine her existing in real life. Everyone else, including Adam Driver, felt like a cipher. Is her performance over-the-top at times? Sure. The whole movie is. But you can tell she tried to portray every facet of her character's personality, and not just do a one-note supporting bit. If it weren't for Gaga's performance and Ridley Scott's direction, no one would give a shit about this film.
Thats where its bad. An acting shouldnt feel like a real person in real life because real life person do not react the same way as portrayed in movies. U see meryl streep in all of her movies, she doesnt look like a real life person which is why its extraordinary

I lived in Milan for many years and I actually think that its pretty well done...at least Lady Gaga, I dont understand the people who say that she had a russian accent, I am eastern european and theres nothing russian about her accent in the movie :D also italians speak a lot with their hands and etc

It's a movie, not a documentary. The kings of Shakespeare aren't the kings of history either. That aside, doesn't matter, sounds and looks realistic Italian English.
