Those words absolutely ring true I'm a 80's boy born 1965. I was 15yrs old when all our generations music made it big Hair bands ,glamour rock, and love power Ballards. I TRULY miss the era it was phenomenal for ROCK MUSIC 🎵🎶 There will never be a better era than the 80's

Vito Brata was a guitar virtuoso. Unbelievable axe player. He was in all the guitar magazines at the time. He was obviously heavily influenced by Eddie Van Halen. On a personal level what an absolute asshole and so obnoxious when I asked for an autograph. Saw them in New York when they opened for AC/DC. The crowd gave them a hard time throughout their set as they were shouting for AC/DC.

A well mixed album, you can FINALLY hear what a powerhouse drummer Greg D'Angelo is. Nice clean snare and right in that pocket driving the band home.
This solo gives me chills and tears me up at the same time.

Probably their best and most mature record, Mane Attraction, sadly completely overlooked and underrated since it came out when grunge took over.
The entire guitar's track is a masterpiece of melodic playing, Vito Bratta was one of a kind.
He's a virtuoso. Make no mistake about it!!!

@@jantzenallen3077 Pride was a great Album. Even still today, was 12 when I bought it and still like it especially Mane Attraction. Big game was only little Fighter and cry for freedom for me. Fight to survive is probably there heaviest Album next to Pride. Yes I know what you mean about the glam but unfortunately they got lumped into that LA scene when they were from Brooklyn. I prefer to call it hair metal.

This song and album should have been a big hit. Came out a little too late. Great band, the guitar is inspiring. Listen to "Little Fighter" or "Wait". They've put a tear in my eye.

I've always felt the ending of this song has a "warped record" sound to it. Don't get me wrong...I do love the song. I just remember hearing the song for the first time on the radio, and I thought the radio station got a bad copy on vinyl.
I have a guitar effect that is ''chewed tape delay'' which sounds similar to the warped sound that is all through the song.
