    what an awesome video. thank you so much. I've been practicing daily but my confidence is still low. I did the course through TAFE and I must have missed a day, idk, but I wasn't shown or taught this. (how did I not know about these??) will help me tremendously. thank you thank you. off to do some nail shopping lol. and then to practice my beads (thank you so so so so much. like honestly, I'm blown away!)

    How many seconds should you drag your brush for each size bead?

    I have the low odor monomer, it seems very oily? Is that normal? Is this because its low odor and also why it's not setting up fast and tacky

    • @Americanailspro
      @Americanailspro  2 роки тому

      The mixing ratio for odorless liquid is 1 part liquid to 1 part powder. That is much drier than normal acrylic liquid that is 2 parts liquid to 1 part powder. Even working with a drier mixing ratio, odorless liquid takes longer to set and can leave a soft residue that can be filed off once the nail is set. Odorless liquid is most popular in cosmetology schools and odor sensitive salons and spas. Most nail techs prefer to work with our low odor nail liquid that still has some odor but it works like normal acrylic liquid. Traditional 2 to 1 mixing ratio and sets quickly and completely without a soft residue.

      I also noticed that when you pick up your bead you say to drag it in the powder, but I have been bouncing my brush into the powder should I use the same method as you have shown
