He came to pitch for his 2nd company at the valuation of 37.5 cr.
It mean the total value of his all 2 company is 52.5cr.
Then he asking 1cr for 3% for the total company.
Where it mean the total company valuation is 33.33cr.
Here is The 1st mistake start now:-
He is already devalued his company by saying 1cr for 3% = 33.33 valuation
The total company valuation is 52.5cr but he asking 1cr for 3% = 33.33cr valuation.
52.5cr - 33.33cr = 19.17cr
Here it mean he devalued his company.
2nd mistake:-
Where the 1st company already valuation at 15cr he was asking the same valuation for his all 2 company.
He came to shark tank india for raise 37.5cr valuation for his second company. But because of overconfident he gift his 2nd company for free at 0 valuation.. 😂😂

37.5 CR is the valuation of this company..15 CR is valuation for tech company....if the both companies are merged, than the valuation should be 52.5 CR. And for 3% equity, the amount should be 1crore 57 lakhs...don't get confused by equity share dear.....that's an important thing.

SO total valuation they should have got was 52.5 Crore Atleast for both of companies merged together. But they gave equity in both companies combined at 15 Crore Valuation. SO BASICALLY thier new company, Unfortunately They Sold For Free.
