As shown during the discussion between both the co-founders, they were ready to dilute 4% of their company. To tackle with the shark fight what they could have done was counter offering 65L for 4% or just in case they want to reserve their valuation 1.3Cr for 4% and go for all the four shark (excluding Namita) deal.
Vineeta had no spine here. Anupam was spot on about the integrity remark. It applies to Vineeta as well. Threw him under the bus without a second thought.
Peyush and Anupam will be right. The founders were too arrogant with the pitch. Also, what Vineetha did was totally not good. Aman was right because he wanted the deal but it's a question on Vineetha that how did she go with some other shark leaving a shark from the initial offer.
