cete endroit est mahnifique! merci pour les photos de ce lac ! votre chat, comme tous les chats, aime les beaux endroits, la nature! il est courageux et malin! merci du partage!
Hi! Oh yes, he made the decisions on this tour. 😅 It's funny cause if we go clockwise and his brother is there too, Mads tends to go the usual way when returning from the bench, and Martin then shows him the other direction (he knows what a circuit is). 😂
I just love watching your cats trotting along with you on your walks. Splendid! Love to noted rodent eliminators Martin and Mads, and love to Granny and you, too.❤❤❤❤
Such a wonderful kitty, and in such a beautiful setting. There can't be a doubt that Martin is in charge during outings! I have black cats, one very similar to Martin. He also loves the out of doors.
Thank you! :) People can have many opinions about cats indoors or outdoors, but it's quite evident that a cat only reaches its full potential if it can go out and explore a bit.
Love the winter sky and the birds skittering across the lake. Martin and Mads, are sleek and lean unlike a lot of the pampered, overfed cats that I see a lot on UA-cam.
And if you look closely, there are 1-2 seconds where Martin is thinking "maybe I can catch one". (Which would not be advised - they are his size or close.) 😅
Strange, but I am sensing the wonderful autumn smells of fields, stones, lake water with all the boggy plant smells in it and especially the sharp, wonderful, tannic smell of fallen leaves decaying in the grass. There was a beautiful little stand of rusty golden marigolds flowers right at the end of the walk, that I could seem to smell so clearly, that pungent sharp odor that makes those plants such a good medicine for wounds and infections in folk medicine. I wish I had Martin's wonderful little black nose for a while, to take it all in. 🐈🐱🏞
I like how Martin is showing all the ways in the neighborhood he even likes to play in the lake that’s so cool it’s hard to catch up with him walking so fast. 😂😂🤗😘
Well that was a nice walk! They sure love to sprint across that Meadow! Its so cute when they Do, its so fast that they look like jack rabbits then! Think Martin is used to going that other path! All So Cute!
Such an enjoyment (but a constant worry) walking with a cat free to accompany you as he pleases. Yours obviously knows all the 'safe' sites where to go when danger approaches, he is so confident in his environment. How lovely.
Thank you for another fun walking adventure with Martin. You know....he is small and low to the ground and you are tall and easily visible, so....maybe it's really YOU that causes the ducks to fly away arriving at the lake!!! Ha ha ha!
Looks sooo much like my kitty and she likes going for walks too. Keeps me good kitty-company. And she's bilingual. Ty for the video. I will share it with a senior lady who can't have pets anymore.
Well, it IS quite special. 😊 The other cats who lived here did occasionally do walks together with humans, too - but they very rarely completed them. They were scared of something (rivals), or they just lost focus after a few minutes. With Martin it's different - he's less scared, more focused, and there seems to be fewer mean cats around these years. 😊 And his brother - well, maybe he joins us because Martin showed him how cool it is. 😅
Thank you! The walks would no doubt be easier if there were no others on the paths, but I think the cats like the little "dramas" of getting past a dog or a horse. 😊
Martin was pretty stimulated on that walk to the lake 😃 Do you know how deep that lake is? Probably only 2-3m or so if I were to guess (I have a thing with lakes...) Does the lake have a local name? Or is it locally just called 'the lake'?
It's up to 18 meters deep (the deepest part is across the lake and over to the right, seen from the shore). That's where the zanders are (or were - I haven't been fishing there for decades). 😊
@everydaycatstories319 Wow thats a lot deeper than I expected. Was this lake dug to mine sand? (For road foundation or to elevate ground for housing) This is what we do in the Netherlands, for instance when a highway pass over is build. (We suck the sand up from the bottom)
Perfect life for the kitties. What a beautiful area to explore.
Handsome Martin got some good exercise this day. He's so swift! ❤
Two lucky cats to have such a loving home, and they give so much love back to you.
Yes! Thank you! 😊 It's great to have a cat that is also your friend. 😊
an adventure without staging what a pleasure! just watching a lovely walk! depuis paris !
🙋🏽♀️💖🥰😘🐈⬛🐈⬛🥰🤗😍❤ so njoy Ur videos
By your responses to him I can feel your love for him❤
Thank you. 😊 It's entertaining to follow his movements and decisions. Of course doing it "live" is a bit different from showing it on video.
Martin's already mapped it out ! He's a cat !
You can't fool Martin !!
Martin 🖤 is a extraordinary cat ❣
We think so too. ❤ No, it's very hard to outsmart Martin. 😅
Martin has the entire layout of the neighborhood in his head. He might well be a cartographer 😮
Ha ha, yeah, he knows all about north, south, east and west.
He's using his drone to chart the neighborhood when neighborhood one is paying attention.
@@janinebain4375 Ah-ha! It's the CATS to blame for all the drones over New Jersey! 🤣
@@GildaLee27 If we are lucky, cats will finally take over!
A CATographer
The tail flicking while he walks and the humpie tail when he runs, you can tell he is enjoying his walks.
Often it seems it's the highlight of the day for him. 😊
Nature views and a kitty - what could possibly be better? Thank you. This heals my soul

Funny to see how much joy you have yourself with the "cat walks" 😁 thanks for sharing 😻🐈 I enjoyed it too 😍
So cute, Martin is showing his love of water sports 😂❤
Ha ha, yes, and if it gets colder later this winter, he might go skating out there. 😅
I have an identical black cat of the same age, named “Buster”. He refuses to be seen with me outdoors. It cramps his style 😂
Ha ha, well, I think it's quite common. Mads and Martin are just a bit different - they'll even pee and poo while you're watching.
Martin can’t fly,but he’s the boss on the ground!🐾🐈⬛😊
Oh yeah. 😂
Hi guys Martin definitely in charge of that walk. I feel a bit disoriented 😂 everything back to front 😂. Well done Martin ❤you’re intrepid xxx

So smart kitty~~~Love his confidence! 🥰🥰🥰👍👍👍
Exactly. 😊
My tuxedo has just presented to me 3 black kittens.❤
PS; I love the cobblestone.
Congratulations to both of you!
Aww, I would have loved to see Mads and Martin as tiny kittens. We only have a shaky photo from when they were some months old.
Love the black kitties! They are so smart and loving!
Thank you, and thanks for watching. 😊

Thank you! 'Granny' has actually never had any overweight cats - could be a coincidence. It's not that she doesn't feed them. 😅
Coming and going, he's got it figured out. Smart kitty!
Those birds heard there was a big black puma on the shore! 😹
And if you look closely, there are 1-2 seconds where Martin is thinking "maybe I can catch one". (Which would not be advised - they are his size or close.) 😅
Martin and Mads are very smart. But I think he missed granny a little on the walk !!!❤❤❤❤😅🥰😍🫶
Oh, he probably did miss her, but he was full of energy, nevertheless. 😊

Oh yeah, when he trots at max speed, you'd better walk fast to follow him. 😅
Martin The Explorer❣This would be a great story and a cover for the children's book. 💖💫
Not a bad idea! ❤
Smart Martin🥰

Nice walk. Nice dash(es). Nice marigolds.
Thank you, and thanks for watching. 😊
Martin is very smart for sure.
He is! If he could write, he would write a book. 😅
ooo! Look at you boys mixing it up! 🤩 and the clarity of the Lake!!😍
@@tamzinbrown9384 The colour of the lake was really special. 👌🏼 And yeah, always challenging to find new routes. 😅

That's true, quite tall. I like to let Martin believe that all the birds on the lake are afraid of him (even the ones that are his size). 😅
Martin seems to be more adventurous when he doesn’t have to look after Granny.😊
That could be! 😊 Like the other day when he climbed the tree at the shore.
Dashing and strong black cat ❤️👍
At his best age. ❤😊
Richard's enjoying his time outside. 🐺🐾💙
Always love seeing the cat!
So nice to hear that! 😊
Bellissimo Martin, ragazzo in gamba specie quando è in riva al lago a pescare 🫶😂
Oh yes, maybe next time he'll bring a net! 😅
Martin has a brilliant mind. ^..^
So true! 😊

❤ 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛
Where was Mads today? Cheers from Australia.
Lindas Imagens 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I think the ducks may have been flying away from the human rather than Martin!
Could be, but for a second or two Martin probably thinks it's him they are afraid of (he even seems to accelerate towards them). 😂
That was a nice video, TY
Thanks a lot! ❤
How did you get him used to walk with you? I know cats who go outdoors and just come back, but not cats that walk next to you.
Well, it IS quite special. 😊 The other cats who lived here did occasionally do walks together with humans, too - but they very rarely completed them. Martin is leading the way.
Very much so. An expert trotter and explorer. 😊
Lovely! It would be hard for me to ignore the dog and the horse tho, as I grew up on a farm and miss both dogs and horses
Thank you! The walks would no doubt be easier if there were no others on the paths, but I think the cats like the little "dramas" of getting past a dog or a horse. 😊
❤🐈⬛✔️🎄💚❤️
Martin "The Trotting Navigator"
Precisely! 😊
Will granny see the cat over Christmas 🤔😁
❤😊
😊❤
Martin seems a bit tired after the walk. How old are your cats?
They were born in the summer of 2021, so they are three and a half now. 😊
@@everydaycatstories319 Thank you, they are joy to watch!
No sight or mention of Mads the white tip feline shark, is he ok? Please reassure his fans, thanks.
He'll be back on another catwalk soon, together with 'Granny'. Don't worry. 😅
so, we know mads and martin and granny, but who are you??

Where are you? Guessing Norfolk uk 😻
Denmark read the description find out more !
This sure looks like Denmark plus Mads is an old Danish name
Maybe this was many months ago. Because today it is -15 celcius and lots of snow.
This is Denmark though. Somewhat warmer than here - southern Sweden. But the weather in northern Sweden = -15 C...
It's 9 degrees Celsius today, just to name an example. 😊
@@everydaycatstories319 +6 C and rain here in Småland today... 😔
I live in Mikkeli, Finland. It was -15 c on Tuesday, but today -5. But lots of snow.
Didn't talk to the ducks?
Martin tried, but they didn't have anything to say.
Away from my cats at the moment so these videos are filling the gap! 😺
Ha ha, nice to have easy access to extra cats.
Cats have better precision than GPS..! 🧭
So awesome.
