    Cook Time: 25 minutes
    Servings: 6-8
    Ingredients:
    1.5 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, for crust
    Extra mozzarella cheese to top pizza
    1.5 tbsp. cream cheese
    1 scoop unflavored protein powder
    Garlic powder
    Black pepper
    Italian seasoning8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/8 - 1/4 c. almond flour
    Parchment paper
    Pepperoni slices
    Instructions:
    1. Mix cream cheese, protein powder, and 1.5 c. mozzarella cheese by hand in a bowl. Add garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning to your preferred taste.
    2. Microwave for 30 seconds. Repeat until sticky. Then, shape it into a dough ball. Slowly add almond flour to the ball until it is not sticky.
    3. Put the dough ball between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it into a circle.
    4. Bake at 350-375 degrees, 10 minutes each side. Take out and add toppings.
    5. Spoon tomato sauce on the crust, add mozzarella cheese and preferred toppings (pepperoni slices).
    6. Bake another 5 minutes till the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
