Mihile link is still very much essential on most mages since it provides stance for duration. I think you were talking about ethereal form when you were talking about universal 5th job mage skill. It is a invincibility skill that provides damage immunity and total kb resistance for 3 sec with minute cooldown at lvl 1

Whiyu i am just exaggerating but i am sure i have spent 10b and i am in the SEA server so...... mesos is quite hard to farm when the cubes prices keep going up and down eg. pc in the morning is 130m and at night it is only 80m yc morning 30-35 mil and at night 20mil so.... i farm mesos literally using kanna to help ppl with kishin and try to get a eb and hope i dont get a soul shard in the thing

You guys doing it wrong. it took me maybe 1 day to get my character to level 120 and i usually go for level 140 for the legion rank.
It is impossible to go lvl120 in 1 day without Kishin + HS + WBR support.
It's possible but just really boring and people most likley don't have the free time.

That's about below average. You want to be around 500k+ range by level 200 assuming you've done everything you can.

With the aran link the combo orbs give me the equivalent of perm 1.5x exp so it actually does a lot more for me than merc link at lvl 230
Really now? :o I find it to be pointless to get the orb when you can just kill 3 mobs instead
At yellow in clp the orb grants more than 10m exp which is a lot more than 3 mobs but i agree you shouldn't go out of your way to grab it
