Great video! I visited that cemetery years ago and still remember finding a headstone which said something like "remember you who read this that you too will die". I felt like the long dead person was addressing me personally! Thanks for posting this.
(Living in Australia) I have discovered that our relatives were Baptised, Married and possibly Buried at this Church in the 1700's. Would love to know if you found any Ledwidge / Ledwich graves there. Wonderful video - thank you.
Yes there is, myself and my brother visited the site today and their was a ledwidge, didn’t catch a first name, the surname itself was very hard to make out
+Conor Feehan The gate is just at the north end of rathfarnham main street. It's actually open at certain times (you may need to google). I foolishly chose to visit when it was closed.
Thank you so much for the touring of this historic cemetery. I hope it’s declared a historic site too. Amazing the age of the gravestones.
Thank you for such a beautiful and interesting video. Great quality! Loved it!

I missed that headstone on this vid, but saw a similar stone in Fermanagh years ago; it's a nice little touch from beyond the grave!

Wish we could see names and dates on the headstones.

James Wright and his wife are my 3 x gt grandparents. Pity their grave looks so forlorn.........
Brilliant but poignant video. Well done. How do you get in to the cemetery??

It's so unkept, wouldn't you think that the Irish Government would keep it up to date...
It's private property. No doubt there would be those would complain if they did.
I just watched your video turn all the notifications on connect with your Channel spooky Cemetery
