Do you have a video that shows at the end of scrubbing the daily cleaning of the machine. Plus can you show solution recommendation to put in machine and ratio of solution. Is cold water ok or should we fill with hot or warm water for better results? How to change or flip vacuum rubber/pink squeegee?

I have never been able to seat in my pad driver for some reason. Only one of the 3 spokes gets in and it becomes lop sided, also stuck and won't kick off when I press the bottom to release the pad. What am I doing wrong?
An alternate way of seating the pad driver, would be to place the pad driver on the floor, lower the deck onto the pad driver, wiggle the machine back and forth until you see the deck drop into the pad driver, then turn the machine on and it should lock it into place. A general rule for battery charging is that it will take double your runtime to charge the battery to full - So for a brand new battery you'll get an average of 2.5 hours runtime, so your charging time would take 5 hours. The Viper 5160 will automatically shut itself off when plugged in to charge. Hope that helps!
Running dry no water coming through I clean the filter in bottom of tank still very little water coming through also no dirty water on recovery tank any Send it to get it service but got back still not working any suggestions
Try removing the filter and checking for blockages in the hole at the bottom of the tank. Or it could be a defective solenoid. Try checking the passage between the solenoid and brushes for any residue. If you need further help, give our service dept a call at 1-888-550-0945
Btw I could do school dining room in minutes instead of mop and bucket that just spreads the dirty surface. The 20 inch swath easily glides in kitchen prep areas and serving lines.

What is the strongest concrete cleaner that can be put into the machine?
Anything except chemicals with a bleach base, or a high Ph or high foaming ingredient. These types of chemicals can damage the machine.

Is there a way to drain the fresh tank?
Down at the bottom of the machine there is a drain cap that will let you drain the fresh tank. Check your owners manual for the exact placement.
Whenever I stop the it just takes off just like that and it is new that is a problem
It sounds like one the paddle buttons on the handle might be getting stuck? Contact your seller because it might be covered under warranty.

Is there any way to drain the clean/soapy water reservoir?
In the back of the machine, you will see a filter cup - If you remove it, the water reservoir should start draining. Let us know if that helped!
