Recipe and ingredients:
Peel 1 medium potato. Grate the potato on a fine grater.
200 ml of milk.
1 tablespoon oats.
Put on the stove for 7-8 minutes.
Puree the mixture.
Strain through cheesecloth or a piece of cloth.
Put the leftovers in a bowl, we will prepare an exfoliant.
Grind 1 tablespoon of rice into a fine powder.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 tablespoon sweet almond oil.
Mix very well.
Can be used on face, hands and body.
Take the rice mixture.
3 tablespoon homemade Aloe vera gel.
1 teaspoon sweet almond oil.
15 drops pf rosehip oil.
Mix well.
Use 3-4 times a week.
Apply a cream mask on the face, neck and décolleté.
You can use this mask on your hands too!
Apply a generous amount and massage for 1-2 minutes.
Leave on for 25 minutes.
Then wash off with cool water and apply a moisturizer.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
❗❗❗ Do an allergy test before use! Apply to a small area on the inside of the hand and wait 30 minutes.
