Recipe and ingredients:
10 large bay leaves.
250ml of water.
Place the bay leaves on the stove for 10-12 minutes.
After cooling, strain the mixture.
Add 2 teaspoons of corn or potato starch.
Mix very well so that there are no lumps.
Then put the pot on low heat.
Keep stirring until you get a creamy mixture.
Put the mixture in a bowl.
Let the mixture cool down.
1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel.
1 tablespoon almond oil.
1 teaspoon of natural honey.
2 capsules of vitamin E oil.
Mix very well.
Bay Leaves Mask:
Do this mask 2 times a week!
After a month you will notice amazing results.
Grind the bay leaves.
Grind 1 tablespoon oatmeal into powder.
1-2 tablespoons olive oil.
Leave to soak for 10 minutes.
A thick slurry should form.
❗❗❗ Do an allergy test before use! Apply to a small area on the inside of the hand and wait 30 minutes.

Save some bay leaves water before adding cornstarch and use as a toner after cleansing or washing face then apply whatever you do as a normal routine

10 Bay leaves - put in pot
With 250 liters water
Boil 10 - 12 minutes
Strain in bowl - add
2 teaspoons of cornstarch
Add to bayleaf mixture
Boil until creamy
Add ---
Almond oil
Honey
Mix well

Cheap vitamin E oil alone works great. I heard years ago that women used it for stretch marks and used it myself on a nasty scar on my bald head from a car accident. Can barely see it now but had about fifty stitches.

I used E during my pregnancy…did nothing to stop or lessen the stretch marks. My stomach was covered. Only thing in all the years since that actually helped was fractora treatment.

Castor oil contains a lot of vitamin E and is good for skin, I have used it so far for wrinkles but sad to say, there are no remarkable results on deep wrinkles. It is better for growing your hair, strenghtening your hair, I can definately recommend it for that. I still have to find something that truly removes wrinkles.@@rebbetzenyehudis1551
I use both and find it takes awhile but startling to get results . I am 71 and my skin is very good hardly any wrinkles but do have problems under eyes but it’s starting to work.😊.

Can we see please results on actual lines and wrinkles? There are so many ingredients besides bay leaf, it is hard to tell if the bay leaf is ‘key’ ingredient that impacts lines and wrinkles. I that the key ingredient?
Vit E oil is effective.
Bay leaf / Laurel has been known to have an impact on wrinkles in the past.
I couldn't get the bay leave water to gel with the corn starch. I turned heat off and went to the store. it cooled and remained separated. so I reheated it and it finally gelled together.
while it was on my face&hands, the skin tightened due to corn starch. but that was washed away when I rinsed.
after using, my skin looked brighter & whiter. It felt soft & supple due to the honey & oil. But the wrinkles remained the same.
I will continue using this mask for the excellent smoothing & softening effect.

Harmful component that can cause skin irritation or lead to pathogenic changes in the body Triethanolamine (TEA) - Triethanolamine is a substance used in foaming cosmetics and causes eye irritation and contact dermatitis. Easily absorbed into the skin, it can accumulate in the organs of the body, even in the brain. Frequent use of cosmetics containing this substance may increase the risk of liver disease and kidney cancer

I'm sure this is a fine cream but be careful. Water & sugar (the cornstarch, the honey) is food for bacteria and fungi. This will expire quickly like any food. Vitamin E has some preservation qualities but it's not a long term option.
1. Keep this in the fridge and use it in small batches and make it often, or
2. Make a bigger batch and freeze it in ice trays and take it out as you need it (and toss left overs after a few days).
Watch for film, discoloration, black dots or fuzz.
Don't be afraid to try this recipe though, it looks good.

I also thought about that so I was going to try it without the cornstarch & honey. The aloe is pretty thick so not sure if need the cornstarch.

I’ve seen a lot of people opposed to the honey -but realize, honey is not only a natural humectant, it is also anti-inflammatory and if I’m not mistaken, antibacterial. I have rosacea flare ups sometimes and it works wonders! I have also heard of it being used on burn victims-even with all the pharmaceuticals available today! I really like knowing what I’m putting on my skin, and I’ve had really nice results with homemade face creams, masks and exfoliants. Homemade hair masks too! Can save $$, yet give you even better results! I would just give the honey a try!

If you can’t show in a wrinkled skin and it’s effect I believe otherwise I don’t think it has the effect it’s a tricky

When the corn starch dries, it will shrink. Thus tightening the skin a bit and giving the illusion of miraculous wrinkle reduction.
Reconstituted Egg White powder has the same tightening effect and lasts a couple of hours after rinsing off. For the cleanser, I would expect that the oatmeal (flour) with the powdered bay would act as an exfoliant.
I'm 54, so I'm getting the age lines. A lot of my problem areas happen because of how I sleep. Deep lines in my chest where side sleeping smooshes that skin, and eye lines are worse on the side I lay on.
Using this at night should prevent and repair some of that.
I don't think the corn starch can tighten the skin with the oil texture, but if so, that's a benefit.
I'm off to research bay leaves!
