The debate has been over since 2 years ago if it were still a question. From watching tennis for more than 13 years I saw Djokovic as a machine who is simply indestructible mentally and game-wise. His level surpasses all his peers and if your life depended on someone to win you a tennis match he's the only one you can very confidently pick to save the day. I knew from years ago he would surpass Federer and Nadal since 2010-2011 even though he was many GS titles behind them and that has come to be true. Even when Novak wasn't leading in GS titles his level was just higher than his close rivals and it was a matter of time this was going to reflect statistically and it has come to fruition in recent years.

Great video. I am proud to say that I saw his greatness all the way back in 06-07 and was already arguing that I believed he had more upside than Federer or Nadal, that he would be number #1, that he had Greatness in him put his mark on the history of tennis.
I too was an early fan and saw his spark of greatness, not as early as ‘06 or ‘07 but by ‘11, I pretty much knew he was going to be one of the greats. But even then, I would never have guessed he’d be this great. By ‘17, he became my favorite player and now he’s my favorite of all time, with no one even close to second.
