I could teach my own French course! But, nothing beats tips from a real, live, local! Awe I love your pug! My parents have two. Such good little dogs
As an American who has lived abroad…although not in France…..it is safe for me to say that European women , in general, walk and /or bicycle much, much more than we do. We have a car culture here in the States, because the country is so vast, and outside of large cities we do not usually have reliable public transportation. Just in general, Europeans walk much more than we do, and in my experience do not eat much processed/fast food. They tend to eat seasonally and eat more vegetables, little meat….certainly not daily….do not guzzle soft drinks all day and sweets, while very good, are not eaten daily, usually. Completely different lifestyles, and in general healthier ways of eating.
I think that they eat three meals a day and that’s it. They don’t eat snacks in between and they walk everywhere. That’s what keeps their figure so beautiful.

A good Korean or Japanese mineral based sunscreen would be better. They are much more cosmetically elegant than American ones. and feel so much better on the skin. A little bit of Chanel powder on top, and some blush will give a more polished look.
Please do video about hat looks, how to pick a stylish hat that also covers the face from sun, for many people who have dark stains on the skin from sun.

Hello, I have a microphone 😅. I live in a very old Parisian apartment with 4m of height ceiling and a lot of echo. It’s terrible. So in my last videos I try to reduce the sound and not over shouting in the microphone

Parisian do wear a makeup before they go out to street.... They do apply a foundation to their face but of course..... They make sure to make it as less obvious as possible.... They wear makeup but make sure to make the presentation look so "au-naturel", they never want to give people the impression that "they are trying too hard to impress".... We are beautiful and attractive but you will never know why.... "The Je ne sais quoi quality .... "

We eat what’s necessary, we eat balanced, we avoid snacking, we walk a lot, and treats are not a daily thing. Then there’s genes. ;-)

I've had to start wearing foundation about a year ago. At 70, I find my skin needs it for protection. Before that, I wore BB ever since it came out.
A good sun protection is better , foundation doesn't look good over 30 , when you start getting fine lines

I love my BB cream! I use false lashes imported from China called "small eyes" they look natural. Lip liner the same colour as my lips and gloss.
