  • Finding it hard to move past beginner-level looking drawings? This video may just reveal the blockage that is keeping you there. How we draw comes from how we think. A different way of thinking may be just what you need to change the way you draw in the ways you want.

I am so lucky today because I found this channel. Amazing and informative content. I loved the explanation and the drawings. Looking forward to watch all the videos. Thank you for sharing the information with us. I don’t know from which UA-cam videos from this channel to start, everything looks good.

I gave this a try a few days ago and I'm pleased with the results. It's not perfect, but a heck of a lot better than I expected. You should be proud of your student 😊

Great video, I was thinking about this exact concept when it comes to drawing things in a realistic way. Since I used to do the opposite where I'd just do all the outlines and then the whole drawing ended up looking flat

Hello, I really like your videos, they help me a lot. I would like to know where I can find an image bank where I can practice architectural drawing through them? Just like you use in the references of your drawings. Thank you very much in advance.

Great to hear Juca. I’m afraid I don’t know of an image bank. I use photos that I have taken myself to make sure there are no copyright problems. But you find a few hundred of mine on my channel Community Page which I post for you to draw from. Have fun. 😀

Amusing that the drawings are way more interesting than the photo's

As artists, we can use the reference as a starting point, if we want to 😀

Love the video, though I wonder, how often do you do drawings that arent studies/heavily referenced?

I very rarely draw from imagination. Choosing a reference (or location view) that holds something I feel I can creatively use in some way is part of what attracts me to drawing.
