The interior of the hotel DOES look like a skeletal rib cage. I have waited for this for what seems like forever and I will spend this whole Labor Day weekend re-watching and watching again all your vlogs about this convention. The way you film is so inclusive of everything around you and you never RUSH through a shot. That makes it so easy to re-watch and look at cool stuff in the background that might be missed or overlooked. I can't thank you enough for this content!!
That was so fun watching some of the wrestling matches they featured on opening night of Dragon Con . That was a new experience. Recognized one of the wrestlers who has wrestled for Wrestleamerica. His name is Simon Sermon. Recognized him even from afar. A great crowd showed up for the first day. Be careful walking around downtown especially at night. It’s nice Tampa Jay got to be there also. Y’all be safe

Adam you've taken me to some really cool and crazy places...ball games Disney comcon and movie locations ..the best hotels and worst car rides in the snow....Manson's ranch and gotta tell you I loved them all ...the time you spend on these makes it worth the wait... I was planning to attend for the first time this year. I bought my pass before they announced their covid vaccine/test policy. I decided not to attend and they refused to refund my money. Pretty disappointing. Most likely will not attend in the future.
Really love exploring downtown Atlanta, always bustling with activity especially when Dragon Con comes to town. Really hoping to come back to the Con next year 🤞🏽
Dude, I remember having the pleasure of meeting Joe Manganiello from “True Blood” back in Sept. 1st, 2012, other stars from that show. It was a just an awesome experience, but with Joe, he was just an incredible icon for me to get back into shape, and helping the community. I still have his Evolution book, I gave him words of encouragement and my excitement, and got two signings with him - one with a picture of him and me and the other of him exercising. I gave them all drawings of furry art from their characters, but honestly, Joe and Sam were just great. I loved their reactions. I had a wonderful time, and I would love to meet Joe again. He’s a really nice guy.
Nothing like watching Georgia wrestling again! I hearken back to the early 80's when I watched Paul Orndorff, Butch Reed, Jimmy Snuka, The Masked Superstar, etc. on WTBS Atlanta. Those were the best days of my wrestling fandom! The wrestling here at Dragon Con is pretty funny.
The last two years of this pandemic stuff has made me get a little ill when I saw the crowd at the badge queue. Going to need to get over that, as I loved going to gaming cons.
The line reminds me of the sea of people between the Hilton & Marriott ( stretched all the way to Tiffy’s ), at D23 a few years ago. I stayed at the Marriott and sat in my room watching the crowds, sipping my coffee, waiting for the crowds to disperse till I went to the show. Have fun !.

anyway, so getting back to the westin -- the last time i was in atlanta, i stayed at the airport westin. i had check in issues, so they upgraded me to a better room on an exclusive floor, one with real furniture and real art on the wall. it had the best bed i'd ever experienced in my life!
My hat's off to you, for attending EVERY "Dragon Con". I live in Utah, and we have a thing called FanX, (short for "Ultimate Fan Experience). It premiered in September of 2013, and I have NEVER missed one of those. I always wear the same Cosplay, "The Greatest American Hero", and have gone as that character ever since. The very first, I just came in street cloths, but, after that, I knew who I wanted to be. I haven't ever missed one, and just received my wristband for the next show, scheduled for September 16,17,18, 2021. Nothing like a Die Hard FAN!!!
I think I had enough of wrestling back in the 60s with Ricky Steamboat, Wahoo McDaniel, George Becker and Johnny Weaver, and it ended politely for me with Ric Flair. Oh, those were the days, appeared to be more real because they didn’t do the crazy makeup. Daddy loved the Saturday night “fights”.

Never been to dragon con even though i live 2 hours from Atlanta. I may try for next year. Have you ever been to Anime Weekend Atlanta Adam by chance. It is held in October this year it falls the weekend of Halloween.

OhhhhhHHHH Sheraton Hotel , i didn't know still exist , i remembered Sheraton back in 70s & 80s , i stayed there by myself or with Parents. Back in my teenager years! good ole days, Sheraton is high-end Hotel just like Hilton Hotel is ..i don't know still is or not!
I have been to Atlanta a few times. I have been to Stone Mountain. I hate the Atlanta Airport though. About as much as I hate Chicago's O'Hare Airport. Enjoy your Dragon Con. Be safe and well Mr. Adam.

My brother and I went to a WWF Superstars of Wrestling event at the Anaheim Convention Center in 1987. It was awesome.
