CONTENTS:
The Schnellboote, destroyers and torpedo boats of the German Navy bore the brunt of the fighting during the war, especially in the coastal areas from the Bay of Biscay to the Arctic Ocean. Beginning with the fighting around Narvik / Norway, the destroyers and torpedo boats were in constant use. In addition, they acted as security units for the heavy units and covered them in their advances against enemy underwater attacks. The Schnellboote carried out numerous offensive operations with great success off the German coasts, in the Mediterranean and the Black Sea. In the last months of the war, all units of the Navy took part in the repatriation of around 2.5 million people from East Germany. Starting from the ports of Pillau, Königsberg, Danzig, Gotenhafen, etc., countless refugees were brought west to safety.

tolle Aufnahmen und die Zeitzeugen sind auch große Klasse. Auch wenn man im Hinterkopf behält für was für ein Regime sie kämpften, so komme ich nicht umhin diese tapferen Leute zu als Seemänner zu respektieren.

Zu Wilhelm Heidkamp, der die Flutventiele des Schlachtkreuzers Seydlitz aufdrehte, um die Munitionskammern zu Kühlen, muß noch gesagt werden, daß diese rot Glühend waren!
Dummes Geschwätz! Die Temperatur von Eisenlegierungen, die rot glühen, liegt zwischen 650 und 750 °C. Niemand fasst einen solchen Gegenstand an, geschweige denn er verrichtet Arbeiten an diesem. Es ist auch schwerlich ein Flutventil vorstellbar, dass in solchem Umfang erhitzt, überhaupt noch Wasser führen könnte oder sich mechanisch öffnen ließe, da die Wärmeausdehnung, die Mechanik des Ventils unweigerlich blockieren würde.

Polarfilm. Darf man dazu sagen. Aufnahmen sehenswert...Inhalt eben auch viel rechtsdümmliche Grütze...
Bildmaterial der Spitzenklasse..sehr schön! ..nur die Untertitel sind etwas verwirrend..:"übernahme von VW Bus für die erste Probefahrt!" 😆🤣😆 Spektakulär die Aufnahmen ab Minute 27:23 ..da geht einem doch das Herz auf!
Ja ich hab da auch ein wenig grinsen müssen, aber das passiert oft bei älteren Aufnahmen ;)
Wo ist denn da von einem VW=Bus die Rede? ,,Übernahme von Torpedos für die erste Probefahrt..." Ich empfehle mal die Gehörgänge ordentlich durchblasen zu lassen!!!
