Cyclone is formed by pressure and temperature swings and are natural. Seeding it can result in unnatural weather.

Cloud seeding maked iT rain allready 45 years, we used those silverjodide at farming in Israël. Israël is gaining 700 Mm rain instead of the normal 200 Mm rain A year, by cloud seeding. I was living inbetween 1979/1983 at Nes Ammim, the only christian kibbuts at Israël, as farmer. The local authoritys Moadsa, where operating small airplanes at A daily base. As soon as clouds entered above Israël, those airplanes flew over those clouds, and dropped silverjodide at 800 m high. I do remember A cloud, who gave us 63 Mm into 30 minutes, resulting in A overflow at the ventilation of the roof of our village centre. Netto, Jordan is receiving much less rainwater, because most clouds drops THE rain at Israël.

No. At least no more than to the point that a naturally precipitated cloud would. Seeding does nothing to alter moisture content.
It's pretty toxic tough... you never mentioned it but that silverjodide contaminates watercycles... They don't do it often in Thailand becauses it's bad for the waterworld... But more importantly it could get absorbed by those crops and form a danger to human health.

If you still believe that, then you ARE crazy. Cloud seeding is a very, very, very far cry from "controlling" weather, and it is nothing new. Cloud seeding has been a thing for more than 60 years, and was never a secret.
