The characterization of this version of Don is epic, Ruthless, merciless, don't think for a second to eliminate an enemy even if that enemy's a good person in personal life, with these villianious characteristics he's also an expert fighter, master Actor so easily roped into Vijay's character into portraying himself after silently killing him, extremely clever and also very Courageous, plus even he's a Villian and will kill anyone who's against him he'll do anything to save those who are on his side from heart and'll never cheat them or use them for his own benifits, this makes him a Anti-Hero instead of a Villian
Anti heros are characters who don't act like a regular hero but still are moral in their own way.
Hrithik Roshan in Dhoom, Sanjay Dutt in Khalnayak, Rocky in Kgf are all anti Heros. They do bad things but they still have morals.

Audience were really fooled into thinking it was Vijay all the time, but the crew kept this point in mind and shot many action sequences

I too first thought the director is taking this too far as how can a simpleton like Vijay perfectly skydive without parachute.

He even said Please when asking for the gun. Throughout the whole movie their are lines where you can tell it is don. Any sarcasm, or saying please. Even his reaction to Deepu at the school. He could not recognize him.
That's right... A twist will only work when there will be hints about it.. so when the twist revels, it doesn't fell absurd (remember sahoo 🤣😂)

Farhan Akhtar is a gem 💎 of Bollywood. Don is a perfect example of how a remake should be made. A modern version of a classic story with a major and convincing twist at the end and some top notch action scenes. Who says nepotism is bad? If we get a talented director like this because of nepotism, well then fuck "anti nepotism" campaign

What a superb action movie it was! The BGM of this were absolutely perfect for each of the scenes. And Shah Rukh Khan's acting skill can never be match with any bollywood actor.

For me Shah Rukh Khan's version of Don was better than Amitabh Bacchan. This swag and style was missing in Amitabh Bacchan. No hate to him though. He's one of the legends of Indian cinema but this remake one of best remakes in bollwood. It did justice to Amutabh Bacchan's Don. And Thanks to Farhan Akhtar who changed the ending and made it even more special. The songs and dialogues were also top notch🔥😁

Difference between RCE VFX & YFX
To be very honest has had always received appreciation except last decade (2011- 2020) . I have to say that SRK has been the most underrated actor in the decade. He has done so many amazing movies with world class performances by him. He has always tried to raise the bar of Bollywood and to take it on the level of Hollywood but people didn't support cuz they supported shitty masala movies and then they say why we're not at level with Hollywood and why don't Bollywood make good originals. But still support shitty masala movies and flop the great original masterpieces. Compare all his with all the movies of your favorite actor and you'll get the answer about who's better
