I just went for standard shade
found the channel today I don't envy you painting out in the element. but looking at your work and the pain on your face when it doesn't go exactly as you would like says enough about the type of person you are. great work hope you get more and more jobs brilliant 👍

A plethora of dandelions,the plastic filler hardened by uv must speed your work up no end,I find the plastic filler can take ages to go off properly and it doesn't take kindly to the heatgun to speed it up,great work

The UV filler looks a time consuming faff, probably better for dripping into stone chips.must say your work ethic is brilliant, looks a great job , certainly better than the "smart' repairers we have.

No mate two different guns I use Sata minijet 4400B for primer and Devilbiss dv1s 1.0 for base and dv1s 1.2 for clear
Why cover the rego plate at the begining and show it later on ?
Because I’m a div 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
You could have drilled a hole in that front bumper and used a piece of welding rod with a bend on the end to hook through the hole and pull it out.
To strong there tbh took some moving when heated

Hi just wondering what clear coat you are using ? , that gun has a nice fan for a small gun what set up you using , brilliant job buy the way got some

I use multimix 2 with air dry plus hardner and on this job I used a Devilbiss dv1s 1.2 mini gun 👍👍👍👍
I spray outside as well mate, one of the main problems is damp getting in the clear overnight, or rain.
Winter will be a challenge
@@grantssmartrepairs I sell cars mate and try to spray all year round, but from Oct to April it's damp every night, you'll do a mint job and if its not Garaged it'll get ruined, that's what I find anyway.

It seemed to me Grant that when you were spraying the spray was being carried on the wind to the next door neighbour's car. Presumably it's dry before it settles on that car so does no damage?
Yeah I asked the neighbour he moved his car that one on the drive was scrap so he left it there 👍👍👍
