For a minute, I thought this was going to be a cover of Genesis' 'Ripples', from 'A Trick of the Tail'. That would've been real trippy. This is a great song.
Unfortunately, this was ripped from a live broadcast. Ripples was released as a b-side to If We're In Love, which is extremely hard to find. It's an amazing song.
@cloudbuster77 i completely agree with you. in the interviews from 2003, roisin used to say she was proud of her developement and that she had found "her voice". since then, her skills improved even more. although she never mentioned singing lessions, i'm pretty sure she took a few.
Is it just me or has her singing gotten better and better since her early days with Moloko? I don't know if she's taken lessons or just she's developed it over time on her own. She used to sometimes talk-sing in this kind of nasally squeeky voice that I don't care for. She does less of that now which I appreciate.
I was at this show! Was great! Thanks for posting! So happy that I saw her in this intimate setting instead of some big arena-kind-of thing
this is bereathtaking! love her! she's a genius

Hehe, that's Carlos Edwards on percussion. I don't know who the bassist is but he isn't Victor Wooten, although they do share hairstyles.
