Episode 4 - Transitioning to Barefoot Shoes wearing Vivobarefoot Primus Trail Knit FG

As part of my transition from conventional shoes for running and daily day to day life, I am using my Vivobarefoot Primus Trail Firm Ground as much as possible.
Today's walk takes in quiet country lanes and the beautiful views from the Southwest Coast Path in southern Cornwall not far from St. Austell, and passes by Dorman's Point, the highest point on Cornwall's south coast and Vault Beach, great for snorkelling, spear fishing and known locally to be somewhat of a nudist beach.
