Fernan Action Pistol July 2024 - Single Stack Encouraged Match

Fernan's annual Single Stack encouraged match, which had a much lower turn out for Single Stack than the previous year. Its definitely difficult to put down the LO gun and pick up a 1911 without any real practice. Even with all the struggles it was a ton of fun.

yeah it was a long 100-degree day, I was getting pretty frustrated for sure.

What class do you compete in for steel challenge?

I don’t shoot official steel challenge, we do an outlaw steel match through the winter so people don’t run around on ice. We mirror USPSA divisions so I usually run limited optics or carry optics
