The starting chunk on this account is the Kourend Castle chunk in Zeah. We are following Limpwurt's Xtreme Onechunk ironman rules to take on this challenge. Before I can roll and continue to another gamechunk I have to complete:
1. All of the highest level skilling challenges (including skillcapes)
2. Do all available achievement diary tasks and quests
3. Obtain all unique monster drops
4. Obtain all unique items in a chunk
5. Get all unique minigame rewards

Does the Estate agent mean instant 99 construction grind? Or not because you don't have planks/consistent xp yet? You can train construction with steel bars...
4000 hour chunk account, doesn't know how to unlock a chunk on the map 🤡
I'm kind of late for the party. But couldn't you unlock other chunks through the catacombs as other options? Like Shayzien, Pisc, and I can't remember the other two?

It makes sense though. His grinds are so long, it’s more convenient to check what you’ve done than it is to look back at videos to see where you’re at.
Well Sourcechunk is on UA-cam himself, so hopefully Verf isn't the "first guy on UA-cam" to do it.

I agree that the Forthos Dungeon is absolutely incredible. In terms of design I think it is the best dungeon that is in the game right now. Completely self sufficient dungeon, complete with a fun to fight boss with decent rewards, a hidden boss, cool lore, combat+crafting+prayer+high-alch process with the red dragons, a prayer altar, but most important of all: That sick Ranul mask!
All that is missing is a deposit box
The communities channel was talking about the fastest construction 99 due to long/curve bones on another account. I was like wait till Verf gets there on this account… the fastest level 1 to 200m xp ever 😅
Wishful thinking to think hes going to get to get there before unlocking a house and havingnto grind 99 construction the normal way.

The chunk selecting was much more exciting than I thought it would be, hearing all the different grinds you could potentially get was very interesting

I don't really understand why you need 99 con as soon as you unlock house portal but you don't need 99 thieving, magic, range, w/e as soon as you can get xp for that skill
Estate agent sells the cape and it was unlocked in this chunk. Just like if the range cape was available in one of these chunks he'd have to get 99 range

You can not receive champion scroll drops until you have 32 quest points for the champions guild

@@fourcornersofthepage8374 He did Karamja only UIM and got I think 65 farming only raking one or two farming patches over approx 7000 hours in the region. Correct me if I'm wrong, may not remember all correct numbers
@@fourcornersofthepage8374 he would rake a patch on his karamja UIM every time he walked past and he would zoom in and say “everybody’s favourite raking content” it was so wholesome. Then after he finished the inferno, he got the follow party to follow him to the raking patch for the ultimate raking content 🥲

Any reason why you didn't consider any of the chunks connected to forthos/kourend dungeon rollable?
I assume consecutive land chunks (unless impossible without sailing) is just the most visually pleasing / simple way to do it. You could say the same for teleports too

Ugh man that fletching grind is gonna suck. It took me forever to get 80 fletching on my ironman, I can only imagine how long 95 is gonna take..
these maybe two giant grinds, but at least itll make playing the game a bit more enjoyable, can jump between the grinds rather than stuck to the 1 2 month grind!
