He was fired from Dhar Mann along others that were my favorite actors. Sometimes he is so over the top that he’s hilarious. Loved him when he played Giovanni. Sarah Moliski is also now with Supermission.

I was discriminated against as well. I am white man and I went to an all black church just to listen to the singing and the preaching only because it's real. I was asked to leave because I was making the crowd uncomfortable. My response was like and you don't think they are making me uncomfortable. But then I also said God does not discriminate against skin color. To make a long story short I left the premises. I prefer to listen to a live crowd then sit at home and watch it on tv. But no hard feelings against the people of that church. I just love the way black people sing and preach. They put meaning into it.

Racism does exist in this world. There are some employers that do discriminate in hiring based on race, religion, gender, etc. Employers shouldn't discriminate against people. Employers should judge potential employees based on qualifications, character, work ethic, etc.
Jobs are also hard to come by. Jobs nowadays are extremely competitive. There's lots of people that have degrees in marketable fields such as engineering, computer science, accounting, finance, business administration, etc that struggle with finding jobs in their fields after college, and it's not due to having a criminal record, making a bad impression during the interview, discrimination, etc; it's due to jobs being extremely competitive to get.
Job openings for financial jobs, business jobs, engineering jobs, computer science jobs, etc often involve 1 person out of 10-15 people being interviewed for the job being chosen for the job, and even if you meet the education criteria for the job, the general criteria for the job, have a lot of relevant experience, make a great impression during the interview, are highly qualified for the job, etc, there's still a high chance that you won't be the selected candidate for the job. The selected candidate for the job out of 10-15 people interviewed is often a highly qualified person that the hiring manager knows or a highly qualified person that had a referral, recommendation letter, etc from a trusted relevant professional reference sent, submitted, etc to the hiring manager.

Thinking Tay was lazy, he really should understand his son, that interviewers are really picky!!! Just that heart-to-heart with Dad will set Tay straight, he will nail that interview and get rid of negative vibes from his future workplace!!! This isnt quite how it goes; however, been in many situations when interviewing. Examples are:
    Don't listen
    Fall asleep
Automatic disqualify within first 5 mins
Probing for a reason to disqualify until one is found
    Interview to check a box
Try to discredit your job experience but saying "that doesn't count"
Changing job qualifications in the interview
Giving an assignment and despite the assignment is complete and functional, discredit the work
Saying that "you can't possibly know this stuff"
    List goes on...
It is complete waste of time to interview if you are black unless the job is below living wage. They will give you those jobs. Hence why black employment is mostly in underpaid sectors of the market. I got tired of all this and started a business. I still interview sometimes just to see what kind of crap I will get although I don't need the jobs anymore.

Please, producers, can you try to apply just a modicum of realism into these videos? I’m not talking about the mystery (and ironically nepotistic) CEO Dad, but the recruiter woman brought in off the streets who lacks even the most basic of employment and discrimination legislation hotspots that even your average job hunter would know, ESPECIALLY one from a minority. FFS in the UK at least, you wouldn’t dare touch upon or ask questions implying topics of age, marital status or general personal history (anything verging upon childhood socioeconomic background for example). I get there’s a point to be made but prejudiced recruiters would be far more intelligent , manipulative and subtle by extracting or alluding to those topics in an ambiguous fashion, i.e. leaving the candidate thinking, “was she trying to say/ imply….” I’m sure your general audience aren’t geniuses but I’m sure they can interpret passive aggression without a tors having to be all out and unrealistically inappropriate!!
