When will people stop being biased and not judge a book by it's cover. All it does it cause trouble for themselves and others, not to mention unemployment.

Oh no… I’m so sorry, but if someone in a position to hire individuals and they judge a person by their appearance, as much as you need a job, I wouldn’t want to work there. Being bias, racist or playing games at the beginning are a good indication of what the workplace will be like.

The guy being biased was also the responsible one running the hotel correctly where the one he was biased to in this one was the hotel manager who was fired.

Right! And stating that she looks like she lives in her car… he’d be surprised at those that actually are living in their car or homeless shelter - rise early to “look” good and go to work. We don’t know how a person lives after they leave work.

How on earth do people think that these situations actually happen.

Age discrimination is way too real in the job world so I believe in chances as long as they’re hardworking and willing to learn. That’s it. No biggie

Never judge someone by their appearance.

The way he’s speaking to her is completely inappropriate however she is not dressed for an interview. Her hair isn’t even combed. People need to understand that that they do need to put some effort in when interviewing. You can’t show up looking like a slob. It makes you look like you don’t care and that reflects on how you may do your job. The interview starts from the moment the interviewer first meets you or speaks with you. You have to have some integrity. I agree that he was completely rude and that was uncalled for. No one should talked to that way. She should have just been interviewed like everyone else. That’s how things are done in the real world. She may not have gotten the job or her skills and interview with them may have impressed them. But to think that showing up to an interview looking sloppy and unkept is professional, well, that’s not going to help anyone get a job.

Well, if appearance doesn't matter, then why has she come to work, dressed up? And how in the hell do you not know who the CEO of your company is? You should have hanging picture of the CEO in every room in the company.

This may be hypocritical, but even if he had doubts he didn’t have to he so rude. He could have just listened, taken her contact information and kept it on file. He could have made an appointment for a more formal interview when she could have maybe dressed more appropriately. Never insult anyone, you don’t know who they might be!

10:32 He didn’t know how the CEO was?? Whether or not he judged her that’s still pretty frickin stupid!!! 😂😂😂 Also, it doesn’t matter who she is!!! She really could’ve been a “homeless bum” or whatever he called her and that wouldn’t have dismissed her skills!!! People like him are just so ignorant!!! #ignorant

Everyday being uploaded of racist and biased storyline videos. So very dull and boring for your viewers to watch hoping new script or videos would be uploaded? But that will never happen? Supermission don't care what their viewers want! Too much unrealistic and unnecessary dialogues in every videos. Its ridiculous..
