You don't need stamina-up. All you need is a knife or your fists, that way you are quicker. Usually two slides while running are enough.

there is a setting for it you can prioritize reload if both is available it will reload but if only inter act it's a tap

You can exfil without gobblegum just wait 15 sec after god mod expires and you can interact with it.

It dosent really matter, since you don't need godmode for exfil just use a chopper gunner or mutant injection.
