Great sales! Have you considered selling all your old liquidation pieces on a whatnot show? If you’re losing money on some of them already..why not just sell them on WN for like a $10 profit? 😊 Customers over there go crazy for NWT stuff and you have a following! Just a thought. ❤
@abbyholdren6438it takes way too much of energy to sell on WHATNOT. You have to move fast and the competition there is fierce. All the big EBay seller who quit EBay there over 2 years ago or so ( whenever the platform opened). It’s hard to build a following on WhatNot now. I think you’re going good enough on EBay and Posh that going to a new platform would eat up all your time and leave none for sourcing.
I no longer pick up anything that needs “work”. 95% of my items are either NWT, NWOT, or like new condition. I’ve recently purchased from other resellers, even very popular big resellers(not you) and the items were very worn, faded, pilled, etc. None of these issues were disclosed. It makes me not want to purchase pre-owned online because it’s very hard to determine condition with only a few photos. I’ve been watching your videos for a long time and appreciate how open and honest you are about the good and not so good parts of reselling.
I totally would have watched the whole video if you went over all 75 sales. These are my favorite videos you do, I love knowing in "real time" what is selling for you. I always stay until the end in case you give an update on the girls. Loved hearing that your July goals are reasonable, no need to put pressure on yourself right now. Happy Belated Birthday!
What I have learned, working in retail, is that women's tops have buttons on the same side as the heart and men's tops have buttons on the right.
I like the transparency of the time it takes to sell items. For the most part, you're saying it can take 6 months to 3 years to sell. I hope to specialize in men's clothing, especially shirts, since I'm familiar with that niche. I've noticed over the years of going to thrift stores that men's clothing section is always a small fraction of what women's sections are. Maybe that will help me with my future endeavors. Thank you for your hard work in creating and posting your videos.
If you are sourcing in season item in styles fabrics brands sizes people are looking for it doesn’t take that long to sell. 3 months max. She bought pallets and didn’t hand pick the items that have been sitting for months.

Ciao, how soon after you post new listings, do you send Offers to Likers of those new listings? It feels counter intuitive to me to send an offer to a Liker within the hour (or so). Grazie!
How do you look up the style number to get the style name of a piece??? Every time I try to use Google the style name doesn't pop up and I get weird other names and items 😢
Do you mean for a specific brand or in general?
Google lens works 90% of time. When you search an item without photo always hit the filter " images" ...usually pretty quick but it's research not instant research. I think list perfectly a " find & build" program
@@thanksithriftedit I mean for a specific brand to get the style name for that brands piece. I am not doing that right now because when I use Google lens it doesn't give me the best results. Usually gives me just other people selling the same item. But I want to start researching styles for each piece but kinda lost how to do it

I have just started back up on ebay. My first sale shipped out and the buyer should receive it soon. my account says i have available funds but I go to the page showing the status of my shipment and it says my payments wont be available until after the customer confirms. will ebay tell me what I can cash out? Sorry...been a hot minute

How much do you put aside for taxes?
Always ask your accountant or CPA.. varies by state. Safe to say start with nothing less than 25%. I put 35% but it depends on Your families tax status as well

I prefer your own format you used to have instead of this Cayley Elaine one you are using. Hard to see the item and tag. Gets tedious.
