On the DS side: Go Go Cosmo Cops is a game I've had in my hands a few times, but never got to pick up. It's currently in my list of "might get", so at some point I have to check it more in depth. I should mention I discovered about Docomodake thanks to you, when you tweeted about it I looked for it and could get a copy as well, it arrived a few days ago. Regarding Switch I could say many things, but I will just say: @StrictlyLimitedGames: I really hope you are storing properly my CrossCode CE, because I am waiting for it since it was announced due to another game you have been delaying a lot...
I played Cosmo Cops after this video and it’s nothing like I thought it would be! It’s not a platformer or an action game, it’s more like DK Jungle Climber where you hold the DS sideways and climb up things... pretty weird! Glad you got Dokomodake! I think it’s great :D
I need to play more Bravely Default 2 - I've reached the second main town and need to unlock more jobs to really get into it. I've been playing Balan Wonderworld mostly and some Final Fantasy VIII again. So yeah - I'll get to it again soon~
@@RetroBreak It's okay. I'm enjoying the gameplay for the most part but there are some elements that made it a less enjoyable experience. Like the fact you have to stock costumes - they aren't just a one and done unlock. So if you lose a rare/useful one you need to go back to that world to collect it again etc. Add on the fact that co-op is badly implemented means that I wasn't able to play it with my Mum despite that being what I mainly got it for. If they'd added either a fixed camera OR split-screen it'd be so much better. Also there's an element in it which is just a pain which is a psuedo-rhythm section which is just long and repetitive XD Overall I'd say it's a 6/10 game - nothing AMAZING but not awful. I'm enjoying it and I've enjoyed playing it but it definitely wasn't what I expected.
I’m glad you got some enjoyment from it at least! I had it pre ordered but cancelled it after I hated the demo so much I couldn’t even finish it and uninstalled it... so sad as I was really looking forward to it! Yuji Naka was always someone I really admired and I was so excited :( I’ll get the full game when it gets cheaper and hopefully it’s better than the demo and I can find some enjoyment from it! Shame about the co op..
@@RetroBreak I didn't play the demo so didn't have any preconceptions about it. But the co-op is just so badly handled we couldn't even do the two first levels easily together - I dread to think what some of the later ones would be like. It's fun but nothing amazing but I guess it depends what your expectations are.
Love your videos! One suggestion-please oh please hold still the game case when you’re showing it to the camera. You’re often waving it or moving it while you talk. 😇 I haven’t played Hades yet but Supergiant Games is one of my favorite developers. All their games have incredible art direction and music. So far, I’ve played Bastion and Transistor.

I tried a few of the discs and it seems like maybe 20% of the games still work on windows 10, so maybe some of the ones you enjoyed will work!
Descenders is a great game. I found it incredibly boring when I first put it on but once I got into it I couldn't put it down, very addictive.
I absolutely loved the Code Realize series (there are 3 volumes). The story, artwork and soundtrack are fantastic. Your girlfriend will love it :)
