"All your laundry dreams come true" - I love your phrases Nick
😄
Wow what a boat! My favourite parts are the big chunky anchor, massive storage, awesome ‘yard’ and that massive owners cabin ! Where’s even a storage room to hide in 👍👍
This boat has everything and was well thought out. From anchor to engine room camera and everything in-between is top-shelf, well done!
Outstanding for the length and height! A lot of thought went into this vessel. Thank you for taking us on another spectacular tour! 🍷
Always a pleasure!
Since i have become the expert on yacht-quality which has nothing to do with me watching every single Aquaholic review, i can clearly tell this is high quality finish. I love it and would love to own it. Thanks Nick!
My pleasure!
More HINGE action, were all here for it!
Hinge alert at 2:23
That's an amazing boat for its size, and that master cabin is huge considering everything.
Nice little Wave, perrfectly sized for the boat!
I like having deck lockers, too.
Riviera boats are so well designed and built...very practical craft...
Wow~! Honestly did not expect so much room. Beautiful design and interior. :) Thanks Nick~! :))
Same here ,so much space and all practical, even the decent steps into the engine room .
My pleasure!
Italian, dark wood, speed...Whats not to like? Amazing gem of a yacht, with a layout that differs a little 😀 Great tour Nick 😊
Australian built..
Love the laughter Nick, shows you love your job but relaxed at the same time. Still believe this size boat needs a helm door onto the side decks. Puzzled why they don’t. Great tour again matey.
Thank you! 🙂
Hi Nick, And thankyou for this very nice show of this Riviera SUV 505 that is a nice sports boat with a nice salon dining together and galley but i miss the oven we see more and more the combi microwaven and hot air oven but when you want the microwave you miss the oven or other way around 3 cabins the master with there own head the other share Thanks again Nick that was great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Glad to see a great Aussie boat. Love the contrast of colours. Perfect for Sydney Harbour. 🇦🇺 😊
if i could get a yacht . this would be the size I would own. Thank you Nick.
I'm glad you liked it 🙂
Great family boat! Expensive but for those who can afford a boat it's really reasonable. You seem to get so much with this one. Wouldn't mind owning one of these for sure. Thanks Nick!
Thanks for watching!
i love these SUVs. what a platform. and ruggedly built to boot. although i will say they need to sort out a better balance between the salon and the galley (which is larger than the salon). they need a better indoor lounge for when the weather is less clement or too hot to be on the mezzanine.
I love these Riviera's, I like the inside outside and in between sections it makes it look like your are getting more for your money. Nice layout below decks as well. Good finishes throughout and well spec'd, For the size of the boat the engine room is a great size as is the entry from above, bigger than on some larger yachts. Lovely tour Nick thank you.
My pleasure!
Baby cot room in owners cabin. Next to ensuite. Just an alternative idea. Thank you Nick for the tour 👍
I love the tours also come here for your personality which makes the tours so fun, keep em coming, thx.
Very nice boat nick good outlay lots of storage excellent video as usual thanks Nick
My pleasure!
Riviera is offering a BRILLIANT layout in this boat! Fine facilities for fishing, sunning and vacations aboard.
That's one of the biggest galley areas I've seen on a (newer style) 50' boat... Good job Riviera.
Absolutely high quality, love the walnut wood work, it is immaculate and the theme comes back throughout the whole cabin area. Combination with the light colors works superb.
The hatches with access to important equipment is outstanding, beautifully finished, makes work easy.
Engine room is spacious, can even walk around the engines and finish is quality work.
Am just not sure that this is a boat for Europe. Summer being only 5 months would leave you with 7 months of living inside and then the salon becomes a bit uncomfortable. No comfortable couches to stretch your legs on, bit of a pity.
Good option would be to go for the fly bridge version, then ditch the steering in the salon and extend the salon to include the cockpit / porch araea, The space inside would be massive and you still have enough space outside.
In all, great video again Nick. 👍
Thanks so much Nick! For me, Riviera are #1 in inovation, power and luxury. I really look forward to watching these vids!
I've always loved these. Who would be a direct competitor? I can't think of one. Wonder tour Nick - thank you so much.
My pleasure!
Well worth watching Nautiguys tour of the Riviera factory in Australia it shows how well made these boats are
Nick come to the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in May Riviera are showing 12 boats !!!!!! I’m going all 4 days I’m so excited I can’t wait it would be awesome to see and meet you in Australia - Scott
Another great aqualolicism: "hosedownable"...lol 🤣👍Great tour, btw Nick. Thanks for sharing, take care and Cheers!
Thanks for watching!
Wow! That is a really nice boat! Great floor plan / use of space all around! So many features and perfectly positioned. Thank you for showing this one... it's definitely a keeper. 👍💯
It's my pleasure 🙂
"Hose-down-able"...I'm adding that to my AQUAHOLIC dictionary! I love the tours!
Awesome!! 😃
love the high gloss wood. Riviera certainly lives up to the name. thanks Nick.
What a great layout. It's nice to see you tour some of our Aussie boats. Thanks Nick. As a Single Dad with 2 teenagers, this would be perfect.
I'm glad you enjoyed it 🙂
The Great Nick of Aquaholic does it again.
Superb tour of a superb yacht.
I totally agree with every comment that darrylalford8879 had said.
But I must add that it always brings such a joy to my day when an Aquaholic notification pops up.
With a hectic schedule as a business owner, I stop doing whatever I am involved in at the moment to watch Nick take me far, far away on another mini-vacation.
Top of the morning to ya, Nick.
Fantastic, nice to hear. 🙂
Nick, your reviews are things to behold. Wonderful.. Wonderful.. Wonderful
You're very kind 🙂
Riviera's boats have established a reputation for high quality, well crafted yachts. This SUV 505 keeps that reputation alive and well. With clever indoor/outdoor main deck accommodations, this is a true North Pacific all season vessel. Comfortable staterooms offer grey day get away areas for the entire family. And the aft deck covered area will protect all onboard with a shady spot in Summer and sheltered dining for a pre-Holiday December cruise. Thanks for the tour, Nick. Nice job Riviera Yachts.
Riv's are so well thought out!
"See if your ice cream melts !" Another gem thanks Nick.
😄
Lovely little review - and quotable word from this one: "hosedownable". Brilliant. Everyone will be saying that soon.
Thank you kindly!
Loving the regular content Nick 👍
Compact and practical boat.
Absolutely LOVE this boat !! The mixture of dark & light colors is perfect !! Only thing I didn't like is the "wardrobe" in the owner's suite. That should be cedar lined or like the other cabins but that's just me and besides it's a closet !! Also, that price is fantastic !! Perfect live aboard for two !! Add this to the year end count down. Thank you !!
I'm glad you liked it 🙂
Hi Nick. This is obviously the Aussie version with the helm on the proper (starboard) side..... :) Lovely, practical well made craft. Nice of Riv to lock off the boat for you.... it's a small courtesy that other manufacturers could take note of....... S
Nice practical boat! Thanks for sharing! Keep rolling Aquaholic team!👍👍
Thanks for watching! 😃
@@AQUAHOLIC 👍👍
Nice tour Nick, what a nice boat. Would love one.900's apparently run at 725hp - option from standard 600hp. Being an Aussie boat most of that storage is beer space 🤣🤣. Got to say that is the nicest lay-out and setup I have seen for some time. 👍
Thanks Nick, Riviera is a wonderful line and this is an outstanding family layout! Thanks as always for sharing ❤
You are so welcome!
Nick, don’t break anything. :-)
Truth to be said, in the last 100 videos you broke nothing…. so I guess … you are allowed. Even if it is a Riviera.
Thank you for another great tour.
Having you waiving at the mirror is a classic. Those little details make your videos unique.
starting my morning with "crockery" always makes me happy (don't ask me why...I have no idea, just love the English vocab and accent)
Wonderful! 😃
I’m stealing that idea of those laundry doors for my own “day heads”/laundry room at home!
What makes Rivera so special, and expensive, is they are true Bluewater yachts. CE-A. Not a very common feature of sport-cruisers of this size.
This thing is next level, super impressive, it deserves a top 10 for the year 👍
There was so much thought put into the layout here, functional and so well put together. Great yacht and great tour.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Well Nick that certainly was a transparent tour of that little beauty, nothing translucent at all.
The two items that sets this apart , is the 4.96 m beam and the fuel capacity of 3,300 litres . In addition the hull shape makes it extremely comfortable and dry when it is in inclement weather . The seakeeping and experience in building tough boats is what you are paying for .
Regarding the point made around 12:20 Not sure if the comment exists below but there are three levels of opacity:
Opaque - cannot see through
translucent- some light can go through but the refraction of the light obfuscates the details on the other side
transparent- can completely see through
So your point was correct - they are translucent (letting the light through to below) and since they are translucent and not transparent, you cannot see through them.
Excellent! Thank you for explaining this. 🙂
Another nice Riviera yacht
🦘🇦🇺 Ya can tell it’s an Aussie boat. First thing ya bump into is the barbie & the enormous esky (tinnie cooler) Apart from that, very practical & very quick ( for getting you back to the Newport Arms & restock the tinnie cupboard before closing time) The floor finish at the stern reminds of the tiled pubs that existed in Sydney at the time of the 6 pm closing. So much beer spilt in the frenetic rush, the publican would just hose the ehole bar & exterior to make it ready for tomorrows big swill. Excuse the Sydney history lesson, Dad owned a pub. 😂🙏
Love this one, everything you need and very practical. Only slight disappointment is the hinges!
Nick you are a wonderful chap. Really enjoy your videos.
Thank you kindly!
Amazing boat! Thank you Nick!!
My pleasure!
It's no Gulf Craft Majesty 175 but Mr Burnham sir you've got to give it to those canny Ozzie's I do like their SUV models, nice use of space really great for an active family or group although Nick at my age I'd probably end up with a Galeon or similar 😂🤣 always good to see what's being produced around the world another top find, all the best from Cornwall 🤗✌️👍
Thanks 👍
Lovely boat, especially love the high gloss finish of the woodwork. Nice one Nick, thanks for the brilliant video again.
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Gotta love the "hose-downable"-ness of the whole thing. :)
It's also very doable and everything seems to be very reachable. Nick does like his able ending words. 😂
H missed his chance in the engine room as everything was very 'getatable', which it was.
Great company, great boat but oh so complicated.
All the conveniences of home ....but its a boat.
Charming as usual, Nick.
Love this boat , just the right size , if I had the money would get the fly bridge, but the fishing would be great 👍 and sea keeping fantastic for New Zealand
Well Nick, Sold!!
Now, lets see, i'm short.........ah 1.8 million and 999.950 dollars. Darn!
Beautiful boat, i love rivierra. Are you going to do the Adventure catamarans as well? The new 33 and 44 foot.
Thanks again Sir!
One more table lifted up without breakage! I note one more point at your score !
9:01 Teddy Moment!
Thanks for the share Nick.
My pleasure!
Another excellent tour!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Love me some Riviera Aussie quality!
Tremendous Nick!
This is a dreamer’s perfect boat 😎
Nice boat nick ⛵️🛥🚤👏👏👏👏
Thank you 🙂
I think it would be great to have you start a new segment where you discuss your quarterly favorite boats and designs from the uploads you do throughout a 3-month period.
This is such a nice reasonable boat 😍
Hatches to hatches, funk to funky... 😉
“Does it have a dishwasher?” That’s the question I ask my kids, 8 and 5 years old before watching each video. For the record, on this video I was right!! 🎉
Very nice yatch
Fantastic boat especially for the price
Best sub-$2 million boat, yet!!
I loved your "'Allo, Ted!". Very Peaky Blinders-ish.
Riviera makes a great boat.
Keep them coming Nick! Thanks
Will do!
A much nicer boat than even some of the five million dollar boats you've shown
I just love looking at these beautiful boats, only if I could afford one.
The excitement that you were on the right side for the ladder down! 🤣 You’d be a lousy poker player Nick! 😂🤣
True!! 😄
I did not expect that owner's cabin, it's like a Tardis down there.
You only break Galeons, Nick.
I'll take utility over gloss and mirror every time 👍👍👍, this is balanced perfectly
Nick, you need a sock sponsor, we see them so often 😆
I have yet to see a Riviera I didn't like. I really like the design of the stern, allowing for the live well and fish box on a yacht this size. I would love to see this with the fly bridge. What would access be like? Vertical ladder, or more convenient angled? Thanks for the look at this, Nick.
Nice is there a single engine option, some of us want comfort over speed. It’s about the journey not how fast you made it. Plus the costs buying and running.
Brilliantly designed piece of Ozzy boating bliss. Great tour too, although I’m not sure what the hinges look like. I’m guessing just tooooo ordinary?!
5:15 May the whisky decanter soul live forever in our hearts...
😆
Looking more like the drawings i made when i was 11 years old. My father told me to draw real boats and ships.guess he was right.later in life i did construct some boat models like barracuda boats . (Norwegian boat manifact) Been my work of trade for many years now.
Great video Nick
Thank you!
Thats a storage boat 12 lockers and hatches and thats as soon as you step on not to mention all the storage in side but all in all a very good boat i think ps is that a new 😢work hosedownable lol
Quality boat they always have been
Hi Nick.
If you’re attending the Palm Beach show I’d love to see a tour of Cherish II, a 1995 120’ Christensen represented by Robert J. Curry & Associates.
Thanks in advance.
