The CPU in this game is always on god mode when playing the harder difficulties. No matter how good you are it’s impossible to catch up to them once they get ahead of you.
It is still a lot harder this way than the original due the better line the cpu is taking. Beating regular Big Blue as Golden Fox on master without using boosts is quite managable. The track of this hack with a normal Golden Fox top speed would be impossible. I myself think this is not a great hack though, but for different reasons. I made this 10 years ago and just started getting into hacking. Relying on codes is a terrible way to make hacks.

Yup, back when games were hard. You could be doing a perfect race, and the CPU would still pass you.
It was hard because the CPU basically cheated (teleporting behind you if you went too far ahead)
