- A couple had a wedding day surprise when Tom Hanks crashed their photo shoot in Central Park. Hanks strolled up beside the husband and wife to-be, Elisabeth and Ryan Barclay, catching them totally off guard. Hanks planted a kiss on the wife's hand and told Ryan that he was a lucky man. "The whole group was very shocked and couldn't believe it actually happened. We were really glad to have it all on camera and just knew that it was an "only in New York" moment," Elisabeth told InsideEdition.com. #InsideEdition

Back in the day I used to work at a coffee shop in LA where celebrities were the regulars that would come in. I remember meeting Tom Hanks and he was the most polite, humble and sweetest A list celebrity we at the shop has ever met.. and we’ve seen/met them all. Love Tom!

Even though he was there to donate a large sum to Wright State University, she said he was humble and nice. I believe he does things for others-- big and small-- because he's a good guy and enjoys it.
