You can also reboot the TV by holding the power button until Tizen logo shows up (which will take around 5 secs). This will close everything.

You go to contact us option and there you have option to reload it.

My screen was stuck on the loading screen. I had to click on "Apps" on the main screen, scroll down to Nerflix, long press the enter button, and select "Reinstall". After it was done reinstalling, it started working fine.
