Oh, if I were the physician for the last case I would have admitted her as she lacks family ad social support. The given answer is wrong.
She is not thinking of suicide that would warrant her to be a danger to herself and the child hence hospitalization.
She is exhibiting both depression and blues.the blues is not interested in her child which is normal,depression is the rejection by her lover and her family and hence hormones are at play.they need to administer hormonal pills.she is now single mum
