one thing they gotta do is make the kamusari ability invincible, how does shanks have an invincible skill but roger, the king of the pirates, dont got an invincible skill. Hell even blue sabo has an invincible skill 1, with garp being op as he is rn roger really only needs an invincible kamusari, thats just my opinion though.

that’s true. In these recent anniversaries I feel like roger is a bit fragile and deserves just a slight buff for dmg reduction or one of his skills having invincibility. His moves are so predictable like wtf should I do after getting my whole move set dodged then getting one shot by current metas. Or just give him a temporary haki state like shanks for nullifying status effects. Just one of those would make him compete better with the new metas.
Roger does need status nullification not only when using skill 2 and faster auto attack and faster way to stack his ATK buffs since Gear 5 and Zephyr can remove it.
Gear 5 doesn’t remove attack buffs. Z, Blue Kaido and Big Mom are able to. Z and Kaido have to knock back the enemies. And Big Mom only if her aflame effect has been nullified. In case of Roger it’s a bit more difficult since he only nullifies Status while holding Skill 2.
