This team is great love being a royals fan.
Soooo much better
Bobby Witt continues to be clutch, nice win
Marmol: "How can I make this bad situation demonstrably worse?"
Exactly!
Bobby is the 2024 MVP
Bobby for MVP🔥🔥
The Kansas City Royals are 65-53🔵⚪️👑
Royals get the win against the redbirds. Witt Jr continues being AL MVP candidate
The sky is blue, birds can still fly, and Marmol makes another awful decision. What's new
good win boys. definitely need the bullpen to be cleaner feel like the starting pitching deserves better from them
Stay focused Royals!
Kc baby
Lol royals not the only team in Kansas City killin it right now! Iykyk!
@@amonrodriguez3518they are the only one killin it for me. None other count.
@@Bogeyman19DidNotScareMyAss lol just cause you don’t care doesn’t negate the fact their stadium is packed every game.
37,000 that's a crowd I like to see in KC!
Only happens when the cards come to play. Or a team like the Yankees or dodgers.
@@sparkysparky19 and the upcoming playoffs!
the thumbnail is so funny lol
We should be wearing the Powder blues
Michael Wacha's strikeout sound is my phone's ringtone 😅
Still weird seeing Perez at 1B
Not really if your a royals fan
Let's go Royals
I think KC has the best home record in all of MLB way to go Royals!
Pallante has really arrived. Another good start, albeit not so long.
Go Royals!!🎉🎉🎉
That one-hopper from Arenado booted by Witt, Jr. in the 2nd being called a "hit" somehow is another atrocity of modern-day "everybody wins!" scorekeeping.
Notice how Crawford didn't boot essentially the same ground ball in the 4th?
Besbol🇺🇲⚾️
The Royals win the I-70 series three games to one.
For the third year in a row, I say, OLI and MO GOTTA GO
Fire Rusty Rake!
Cards bullpen ruins it again!
St. Louis cardinals are heading to the World Series
What year?
Where'd they get tickets? Good seats???
ROYAL OCTOBER.
BOBBY FOR MVP!
I mean anyone can do what Gorman and Nootbaar do… absolutely nothing.
Just got back from this game
The Cards desperately need a strong fourth reliever. Armstrong isn't it, nor Fernandez and certainly not Leahy.
Jake Eisenberg needs to go. Uncle Hud grew on me but this booth is corny af right now without Ryan. And I hate that word so much
Nah i love all our commentators.
Jake is great
@@zanelohman4538 great take. Tell me how….
@@amonrodriguez3518 Very knowledgeable about the game, has creative calls, good voice inflections on big plays. I prefer him on the radio but I think he and Rex are entertaining together.
@@zanelohman4538 again. Cringy having two goof balls in the booth makes us look like a joke. Ryan is way more knowledgeable and played the game. Jake compared to Ryan is an enormous difference. It’s a disaster when he’s on the call and other teams fans make fun of em
2:48 "Infield hit?!" Looks like an error to me.
Dbag move by Goldy on Bob on the bases. Not surprising tho
Pham and Crawford should have never been in the game. We need Edman back. After messing up twice, Pham gave up and didn’t hustle after the ball. Winn over Crawford any day
Salvador Perez - First Ballot Hall of Fame?
Cards fans not happy anymore
Love bobby really hoping he can figure out the base stealing before the playoffs, great win tho. bottom of the lineup coming through
He's one if the best base stealers in MLB.
@@mattburns2968your definition of "best" is not the same.
He's prolific, but he gets caught a TON. And base running is surprisingly less good than most people think as well. Overall, definitely the least impressive and most glaring hole in his game.
Obviously it's nitpicking because he's very good if not elite in every other phase of the game, but it certainly warrants at least SOME criticism
@@andrewsercer9538 yeah exactly, he has potential to swipe 50+ bags a year but this year it seems he's getting thrown out and picked off a ton, but I'm not rly complaining he's a star and we love him in KC
@@andrewsercer9538 hes one of the few player that got a 30 hr and 30 stolen bases in a year. He's also came close to getting a 30 and 40.
He hasn't had to steal as many bases this year because of where he's hitting in the lineup and Salvy and Pas has been hitting good the past few months.
@@mattburns2968 I don't know what you're trying to tell me here.
For one, I already knew he's a 30/30 guy.
Secondly, I'm not saying he's a bum on the base paths, but by any statistical analysis he's been underwhelming on the bases: taking extra bases he's been good, but base stealing he's been significantly worse than last year (he's under 70% success rate this year) and in base running in general he's committed several gaffes on the bases as well.
All in all he's not negative value on the bases obviously, but it's one of the most glaring flaws to his game therefore, fans of his (like me) are certainly warranted to hope he gets better by the postseason (if he makes it this year.)
For reference:
Fangraphs has a stat called "value" ... BWJr has a "value" contributed of 43 with his bat alone, with an additional value of 16 with his defense. Lastly, his value on the bases this year is only 3. Last year it was over 7.
All in all base running is a fairly small part of anyone's game and so being not elite at it (this year) doesn't hurt him too much. But it's not a lot to ask why he's been so surprisingly worse this year than last.
The Cardinals should of given up Michael Wacha. A obove-par starting pitcher.
Royals win 2024. St. Louis best ask permission before hoppin on I-70 this season!
Cardinals making miscues cost them.
Watching Nado messing up on the bases and making no effort to get back after is pathetic
i think he's stopped caring.
and knows this team isn't going anywhere.
which is a poor example for young players.
@@MGillDesign He and Contreras are seemingly in a battle to lead the team in base running blunders. Throw in Goldschmidt and you have a three-way tie in the "biggest disappointment" category.
You guys should post old school retro stuff please keep that in mind.
That would be a great idea for the off season.
@@314jrock When is off season exactly for the league if you don’t mind me asking.
@@camcornell4953 Off season is after the World Series and before Spring Training. That's mid October through March.
@@314jrock K good to know thanks.
I was at that game
L cards
“L” is almost just as many letters as world series wins the Royals have 😂
This Fernandez has been awful after starting very strong when he first showed up.
I was there
Once again Oli makes another terrible pitching change.
Fernandez is just so bad 🤦♂️ knew the game was over as soon as he he coming on
Post the royals win so fast yesterday took three business days to post the Cardinals Win
Why does it always look like Arenado never hustles down the base line?!
I’m first 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
