loona is such a mysterious group, all of the secrets hidden in plain sight make it more interesting. they should seriously be as popular as groups like blackpink, twice, bts etc.
@First Last the reason blackpink is brought up so much is because not only are they pretty much the only kpop group that can compete with bts' success, but they're actually the biggest female artist in the world rn. they even beat out ariana grande by a wiiiiide margin which is almost unheard of. im a massive blink so i do agree with you on unnecessary hate, but blackpink really kinda did a cultural reset and when a group gets that big they become the standard. i mean jeez aside from bts i cant think of any other kpop group that can get 1 billion+ views on not only one but SEVERAL music videos

@michael well, this is actually quite interesting! the ++ intro is a mashup of the intros of the subunit-albums Into the new heart *+* add(?) *+* dal segno So ++ and dal segno seem alike in the first seconds but if you listen closely you'll notice it's ++, not dal segno
I'm a veteran orbit, I've done my fair share of theorizing , and I found this guide amazing, it will definitely help some babybits get more into the lore and the group! Also, is that Johan Moon narrating? If it is, that's amazing and this group of orbits working on this project deserve a raise ❤️
@@znaltxt youre gonna have to watch all the music videos in order and read the video descriptions to get the best basic understanding of it bro, it takes quite a while (they have a ton of music and it took me about 7 hours to binge it all) but they really are fantastic and binge-worthy and then ofc videos like this one that lays out everything you just watched helps a lot

the fact that the whole loona debut project /concept/story all came from an unknown company is insane they will go down as one and only legends doubt there will be a group like them just gotta appreciate it for now
Omg this is so nice and such great timing with a hopefully huge influx of new orbits soon! I like it's based on facts and gives a nice overview. While I like theories myself, for instance those by Twin Fish, the facts and theories are kinda blended. This may be confusing for new fans as it's a lot to take in. A series with facts and maybe references to common theories may encourage orbits to rewatch and come up with their own theories. The attraction to Loona is for a huge part enjoying the huge attention to detail in all MV's and teasers. The daring even uncommercial willingness to explore many genres (instead of going for shorter lived but sure bops), the styling and set design and of course visiting all those places gives each song a different vibe. Sprinkled in these amazing works are all the little loonaverse hints, but also in other references to art or fairytales (Daebak Jjang's video on Heart Attack I recommend greatly). If anyone can find a fairytale linked to Kim Lip's Eclipse, that's the last one I haven't found one for... Lastly Loona's story is also about Loona's message. Like a journey for these 12 girls is like a journey for anyone growing up. What's nicer than personal growth, self love and then sharing that love?
You did such a great job. At first, I though this episode was going to be the same old Kpop profiles, but you quickly showed me different. This is so detail and factual. No theories at all, just straight up facts with sources. This is great for new fans and old fans who were too scared to get in too deep.

This is a really interesting take on explaining the “LOONAverse”. I really enjoyed this video and how nicely it was put together. I’m very curious to see how these “misconceptions” are handled in the next video and what they actually are. I’m new to being an Orbit as of a few months ago, but I’ve dove deep into theories and such during that time so I have somewhat of an idea of the story. People like “Twinfish” and “Daebak Jjang” are still channels I feel should be checked out by anyone interested in the lore of LOONA. Theories to the side, they both provide VERY interesting information on certain things found mainly in videos (not just the MVs) that include art, literature, history, etc.
Ahhh johan narration!! The video is really concise and informative and doesn't stray from the point, 10/10 to the scriptwriting. It really shows the genius behind the concept of Loona so well!
I believe Choerry and Hyunjin could possibly be originally from eden since they seem to have a familiarity with the eden plane (choerry’s appearance in new and one and only/ hyunjin seeming to recognize the bracelet and possibly knowing Chuu and GoWon) and the #3 teaser showcases choerry and hyunjin paired together maybe # will expand on these girls origins

Whahhh!!! This is my first LOONA comeback and haven't started to read about their lore until January. I recently fell in love with 1/3, but was pulled in by OEC and yyxy. I was watching twinfish, but I feel like this had me take a step back and look at the big picture. It is so clear and and had no idea of the symbolism of earth, between earth and heaven, and heaven. I appreciate an update on debunking and supporting theories!! Thank you so much!! I hope more people get into their music. Literally one of the best music groups! Musically Loona 1/3 uses real/acoustic instruments to display earth. OEC has a retro future vibe using analog and digital instruments to display middle earth. And yyxy is mainly digital modern style with heavy electronic and digital hip hop music to display space

This is really well explained and easy to understand! I've watched many videos on the loonaverse, but this one explains everything in a much simpler and understandable way! And even though I already am familiar with the lore, this was a good reminder of all the important points before So What comes out tomorrow and probably mixes up the entire lore haha. I would definitely recommend this to new orbits and I can't wait for more parts!
I watched this because I love Johan and want to support Loominosity but I was surprised to learn that Yeojin is the / in 1/3! It makes total sense with the shape of her "planet" in the orbit logo, and I'm so happy that I got to take away something new! Can't wait for the rest of your videos you guys - the editing and (of course) the voice over was perfect!

Theory: YeoJin came down from an unknown planet to keep the girls of loona 1/3 in balance (hence her being the slash and completing 1/3), but she cannot be seen because she is not like the girls (she knows they exist, but not vice versa) she could come from the same universe as the others but is just isolated from them (hence her being isolated on + + album cover), but that is very unlikely
This is a great introduction, I've been procrastinating on fully understanding the loonaverse for over a year (lmao) and with this comeback my curiosity after all the clips shown in so what made me want to know more about it so this was perfect, really well explained, fantastic job for the creators of this video, I'm eagerly waiting for the next parts :)))

While I love all the channels and accounts out there, that talk about Loonaverse theories (Shout out to all the work you guys put in your videos, like whaaat! This is really well explained and easy to understand! I've watched many videos on the loonaverse, but this one explains everything in a much simpler and understandable way! And even though I already am familiar with the lore, this was a good reminder of all the important points before So What comes out tomorrow and probably mixes up the entire lore haha. I would definitely recommend this to new orbits and I can't wait for more parts!

I watched this because I love Johan and want to support Loominosity but I was surprised to learn that Yeojin is the / in 1/3! It makes total sense with the shape of her "planet" in the orbit logo, and I'm so happy that I got to take away something new! Theory: YeoJin came down from an unknown planet to keep the girls of loona 1/3 in balance (hence her being the slash and completing 1/3), but she cannot be seen because she is not like the girls (she knows they exist, but not vice versa) she could come from the same universe as the others but is just isolated from them (hence her being isolated on + + album cover), but that is very unlikely
