That’s So Tee beware of the notorious CVT transmission problems once u are getting close to 100k miles. Previous model generations have suffered the same thing. It's a huge shame Nissan went from a good car brand to a garbage brand when they started putting CVTs in most of their cars and merged with Renault. The company is also almost bankrupt from what I've heard recently and the previous CEO Ghosn is a wanted fugitive since the beginning of this year.
Brandon has no idea what he is talking about. Keep up with regular maintenance, change all fluids, including the transmission and it will last you a long time. Take care of your car and it will take care of you. Brandon watched a couple youtube videos from 10 year old cars, but has probably never owned or been in a Nissan.

I WILL NEVER OWN A NISSAN AGAIN!
We just have the same car this month of December 20/2023 coz our Nissan Sentra red color transmission gave up last Saturday after having a transmission service in the Vallejo Nissan shop we got the Nissan Sentra in 2015 and we drove the car around 9 years and got the Nissan Altima 2020 fully loaded this time I want to know how long this Nissan Altima 2020 it last and we got the Car has 34++++Miles already pls response to my messages to this 2020 Nissan Altima I want to know everything about the coz am an old school all Car models this time are all computer Thank you hope I hear from you soon Merry Christmas 🎅
If u are wondering why it's unreliable it's because the CVT transmission is prone to fail when approaching 100k miles. Better choices, a Toyota or Honda. I'd prefer Toyota btw.
YourTypical Asian yea that's true Toyota is like behind Honda when there's a rank on who makes the best engines in the world. Edit: Toyota tho is above Honda on reliability
The only thing I still hate is that all nissans have really cheap looking buttons on the doors. Like the window buttons. I wish they would just upgrade them a bit.

I recently bought a 2019 Nissan Altima 2.5 SR and my remote to start doesn't work... Do you think it could be the remote itself? I would press&hold for some seconds and still nothing. Other functions on the remote works perfectly.

Stayed away from nissan altima. Got problems with 2013. Damaged a/c. Power steering, and suspension . With 120000 is a junk already.
So much glare on the screen and it’s a very low resolution one.
