  • Hello to you lovely ladies and gentlemen of UA-cam! I'm Cecelia021. Welcome or welcome back to my channel where I post my Saturday Blogs and Sunday Covers.
    (My today's blog):
    I forgot to check on my weekly weigh-in on Sundays. So, I checked up on Tuesday 09/10/24 in the early morning. I went from 195.5 to 196 pounds. I wondered what I did wrong as I made sure not to starve myself or cut the calories too thin. That's when I remembered having muscles that could change the numbers on the scale. It's a good thing that I kept that info in mind. Otherwise, I would have gotten to the "extreme" to lose weight in unhealthy ways. Here is what I have been doing this week:
    1. During my jogs, I would find a spacious spot to do my reps on the jump rope. The lowest total would be 50 jumps and 100 jumps at most. If I want to push myself, I would go over 100 jumps before heading back home.
    2. I would do the Kickboxing/Cardio Workout video by CARDIO DANCE WITH CLAU & PATY whether it's in the afternoon from home or in the evening if I'm not at the gym. I still recommend that you do it at your own pace and gradually speed up as your body gets used to it. This is to avoid injuries along the way.

    3. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are my gym nights. Either, I go there at 4:00pm or 5:00pm. That depends on how the day goes.
    4. I still drink at least 64 fluid ounces of water however I can, especially when I get sweaty during my workouts.
    5. In the gym, I would do twenty to thirty reps (50 at the highest on both sides) on the Kranking Machine and then get up to either do the Cross Punches with the Uppercut or the Reverse Lunge with the Front Kick or the Knee Drive and Front Kick on both sides. And then I would repeat it up to 3 or 5 sets depending on how my body feels.
    6. If I'm listening to videos other than of workouts, I would do my own full-body workout that would include Two Crosses and Two Uppercuts, Reverse Lunges with the Front Kick, Reverse Lunges with the Dumbbell Lifts, and so on. It would be about an hour as I want to ensure each rep and each set will count.
