08/31/24 Blog and "Into the West" Acapella Cover by Cecelia021

Hello to you lovely ladies and gentlemen of UA-cam! I'm Cecelia021. Welcome or welcome back to my channel where I post my Saturday Blogs and Sunday Covers.
(My today's blog):
On 08/25/24, I weighed myself in the early morning. I went from 197 to 196 pounds. I'll weigh myself again on 09/01/24 first thing in the morning. Here is what I have been doing this entire week.
1. I would have the overnight oats for breakfast. Then, I would go for my morning jog at a cool temperature of around 77. What I did differently was find a walking spot to do the jumping rope reps. I try to at least get to 100 jumps at most before getting back into the house
2. I have been doing the Kickboxing/Cardio Workout from this video by CARDIO DANCE WITH CLAU & PATY. You can try it for yourself. I recommend that you do it at your own pace and gradually speed up as your body gets used to it:

3. As of recently, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are my gym nights.
4. I still drink at least 64 fluid ounces of water however I can, especially when I'm getting sweaty during my workouts.
5. In the gym, I would do twenty to thirty reps on the Kranking Machine and then get up to either do the Cross Punches with the Uppercut or the Reverse Lunge with the Front Kick or the Knee Drive and Front Kick on both sides. And then I would repeat it up to 3 or 5 sets depending on how my body is feeling.
