Ingredients (3 servings🍝):
300 g (10.5 oz) spaghetti (durum wheat)
Cook al dente
200 g (7 oz) bacon, diced
200 g (7 oz) mushrooms, sliced
1 shallot, finely chopped
100 g (3.5 oz) sun-dried tomatoes, diced
200 ml (1 cup / 7 fl oz) heavy cream (30%)
Salt and pepper
Pasta water
70 g (2 oz) Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
a handful of fresh parsley, chopped
