Over the years I've watched 30 or more of these Pakistani fabrications and accident repair videos. This one is hands down the scariest of all that I've watched! The welding? Good quality welds do not require body filler handy work! And think about lock washers, or locking nuts on those safety rails and cat walks...their fit up skills are excellent and the sign painter is a true artist. More attention to welds is definitely a must! Would seem there is no material DOT or government safety standards to abide by, so whatever works for them, I guess. Looks great driving off the lot!
What a nightmare , god bless the construction workers around the concrete mixer while in operation.
@@user-ie6gv1vl5nWhere do you get that from? Most welds there have been tak welded, zero penetration, that cant last
The lettering is amazing. No painters stick for them...
That man is gifted! No two ways about it!!!
I'd like to see how that structure hold up when it's spinning a ton of so of cement.
I so wanted to see the First batch of concrete come out of that tin can mixer!
more like 13ton... that is roughly the weight of 6m3 (cubic metre) of wet concrete. 6metres is the quantity of your average bowl...the weight of 1m3 is 2.2 ton approximate
Pakistan's economy must be so good that they are pioneering the new business model of single use and throw trucks
Excellent health and safety standards as always in such videos. Life is really cheap.
Yes them Jesus Boots are real safe
and so is the truck
Wow masahallah zabrdisat will don very nice good job SabahnAllah ❤ made in Pakistan zandaibad 🇵🇰🇵🇰💕🌹👍💐🏏🏏❤
the richest people in these countries have to be sandals and pyjamas maker!😎
Excellent work 👍
Perfect..... the best pakistan mans 👍👍👍
I love it, but I hope this isn't the way they manufacture the atomic bombs 😂
Amazing, WOW, what craftsmen.
what cobblers,,,,,,no duplicate parts from side to side or top to bottom,,,,when any repair is needed at a later date, nothing will fit,,,each part will have to be adapted and made again,,,,very expensive way to do work,,,,
this is made so bad and are not safe to use
There are many shortcomings in this video but their hand skills and manual craftsmanship is beyond most people. Give credit where it's due.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Luar biasa orang2nya penuh semangat kerjanya sama2 bekerja anngkat jempol.
Pakistan is full of talented People.

Excellent job....👌🥰
Practical for the economic environment of the area of application. People are busy doing productive work and not engaged in war.
A massive amount of Pakistan's economy goes towards its military and nuclear program.
note to self, if you see a cement truck in pakistan coming towards you, run the other way. i'm no welder but that looks like high school welding class stuff. everything all just tacked together, no cleaning before no filling of seams.
I was recently in Pakistan and saw a lot of these trucks on the road and wondered if they were imported. Well the answer is here and I never saw a broken down one.
I hope the rest read your comment.
That's handy built craftsmanship
Are they using a lot of body filler to cover up the bad welding????
fairing compound same as they use on boats to get a smooth finish
They just tack the piece in, never weld the entire seam!!! Whatever they build will just fall apart!!!
I was looking to see if anyone else noticed, it's pure junk.
@@ernsailor9041 Yep. the only thing welded out was the mixing drum itself, but the metal wasn't cleaned in any way. the welds will fail quite quickly! BTW, I'm not standing on that support platform at the top of it! Not fully welded, and someone is falling off!
It's designed economically under certain budget constraint. Moreover it's easily repairable because of being junk. The thing is most parts are either refurbished or build entirely out of broken parts. So this is quite alright considering these machines are built to last (as long as maintainence is available, which is indefinite)
I would say people assume they just tack it in. Don't know about that because they do not show full welding. Remember concrete is heavy 2.2 tonnes per cubic metre. I will bet they weld it decent enough otherwise it will collapse first load. Any time some one buys something in the world they expect it to work right. It's called consumer rights.😁❤ cannot be any worse than a Baryval drum total junk blade pulled away from the drum total shite build.
Magnificent!!!
Amazing
Free hand cutting and eye ball assembly.
Great work by men that will die horrible deaths of lung disease along with hearing loss and blindness. I have to wonder if this well used and painted over truck will be sold locally as new. Buyer beware. Always impressed by free hand painters that can do lettering better that I can with a typewriter. Even did a great job on the tags. Local dmv got beat out of money on that i guess. Lol.
ill bet there is no DMV,,
No They Would not sell it as new It's just a truck equipment manufacturing, In factory the half the trucks chassis only built second half is customised depending upon the usageo
these guys can even make planes :)
Good Job Chaps!
Very interesting watching these work, its pretty basic No robots, or machines, All done by hand ? . 😂. Anyway. It works listen. These guys work bloody hard , The bowl unbelievable work , These guys would be knackered with out a welder ,😂.
Carry on the good work, ? 😂

Greetings from the Atengkalengkaleng channel
I see first time they protect the cabin while painting😂
Very impressive!
But they need safety gear!
Any bets on how long that will last, before it starts falling apart?
Only Allah knows)
Overall, this is a highly informative and enjoyable video for anyone interested in engineering.
That's a bomb rolling down the road.
I’ve no idea as to the capacity of the drum but a UK unit is usually 9 cubic yards, about 18 tons.
Too much splatter and weld inconsistencies, can’t see it surviving for long.
BUT very impressive construction techniques. Well done guys👍
No wind too strong to spray paint it.
Their cuts are so accurate, fit like a glove, awesome skills.
All working together, towards a common goal!
That free-hand torch cutting is an art in itself! These individuals are pretty up there in terms of skill and ability!
Amazing that these guys can achieve 2cm accuracy using only a precision hammer and some calibrated chalk.
Drill a hole with a gas axe, and make sure to use really large, over sized washers!
Strange that the quality of the drum construction was really quite impressive then they hand it over to the truck builders who use mainly scrap materials and very second rate workmanship. And what’s the idea of all that bondo on the drum? That’s the best made part of the whole rig.
I enjoy watching these videos but my God everything on this homemade cement mixer is tack welded and then they use Bondo to hide all the seems. I've been to Pakistan that thing will fall to pieces on those rough roads
I wanted to tell you that every part of this mixer is well perfectly welded but could not see in the video for which I apologize.
@@wowinterestingskills thank you for replying! I enjoy all of the interesting Pakistan videos and these hard-working people. I am a professional mechanic in the United States. I have lots of tools that I no longer use I would love to give to the mechanics over there to make their job easier
@@wowinterestingskills So you are telling us that you removed many of those parts to re-weld them properly afterwards (?) It never happened and you know it as we do.
@@williamwalker4029sorry to intrude in your comment but as a person in this field and from similar country, I can assure you these machines will last. I don't know about the channel's claim on the perfect welding sections in video being missing, but we do make these types of weld. Since most parts are refurbished and build in house, it is very necessary to not weld anything to make it permanent, so as to refurbish parts and body later. As you can see, this is not a traditional "straight from the factory line". In developing country, we got to use what we have. We can't just order parts. We most of the time save significant portion of budget by making instead of calling up a factory to get it. Also you can see, it's easily serviceable by any mechanic. It's like Soviet style of build. Things which can last as long the skilled workforce is available which is inevitably true.
You are right 👍
Good my friend
Showroom ready with a license plate!
Yes I'm back again; The sign righting on the bowl company logo , Again Very good,
.I just hope with all the Hard work, The driver doesn't Crash it .
" More important does not Repeat Not over load this Truck".?
I see how they apply for license plates for the mixer. Is that how they get there drivers license also. They did a nice job on making the cement truck.
can't believe welding wise, they just tacked everything in place
Sorry you are wrong, they tack it first so it doesn't get warped and it's all in place and then they fully weld it but it is not shown in the video.
My brother made this
How can they work with samdles and those long shirts and skirts. I guess they don't know about safety first. But they sure do know what there doing. And they do a good job. God just keep them safe.
This is one reason a country like this can manufacture stuff way cheaper than western nations. The money wasted in safety is enormous. Western nations work to the modo of nobody move, no body gets hurt.
Pakistan is very hot so they don't wear shoes while working and wear loose clothing to keep cool and it is a traditional dressing too.
Fine print,.. does leave in the rain over night, and don't use on bumpy roads.
Better still: Don't use it at all, ever!
Well even paint your tires

Rất hay
When you finish that mixer you should use it to mix some cement and cement your work area beside walking around on rocks, it seems if it's not dirty ye can't do it
All you naysayers should be ashamed of yourselves! Extremely hard-working men with with extremely strong work ethic!!
RESPECT!
welding with sunglasses!?
Amazing work, but I wonder what is the life expectancy of a worker in this factory painting, grinding, welding with no mask or any safety gear, breathing all these chemicals all day long, all these for a few dollars a day in the heating sun to provide for thier families, hardworking men, all the respect to them.
That's the harsh reality of developing country. We work till our calluses bursts open daily during our entire youth to feed us and our family. then we die without any significant social benefits. Entire industries stands high with might over our hazardous labour torn bodies and yet no one bats an eye on our wellbeing. That's the unfortunate cycle of born poor. Only our death ends this cycle. Just hope our kids won't need to resort to such brutality of this world.
Over 76 years. That's how old I am and have been eating fumes of every type since I worked with my dad when I was 6 years old. - In this country (USA) before OSHA you very seldom saw anybody with a mask, or even a face shield unless they were getting hit in the face with chips.
I was thinking the same thing. Grandad was a machinist in England and Canada. Common sense was his safety gear.
2 weeks... Max 3
@@turboed1337 stop having kids,,,the labor source will dry up and wages will increase, and health standards also,,,,toooo many mouths to feed,,,,not good enough land to raise food or animals,,,,dictatorial politics,,,,,
....and now you know why Caterpillar does what it does...same as Zoomlion...Putzmeister....there is no substitute
Today, we build a cement mixer..tomorrow a 747
👌👌👍👍
using calking, and bondo to fill the huge gaps between the stich welds. this truck is going to fall apart in a couple months on the pot holed roads.
All patch work to completion, and how it will pass inspection.
Poi. C'è. Sempre. Il. Vento..........🌬️🙏🇮🇹👍👍👍
Titan submersible assembly documentary.
Ive repaired concrete trucks you need much better welds than those guys are doing they tack where continuous welds are needed
who says that bondo cant cure bad work especially when you use 2 colors to help show where there is no welding. i feel bad for the vehicle that hits this truck because it will fly apart at the corner seams and become flying knifes
Far out looks like a bunch of 6 year olds built that drum 😂😂😂😂
Wow
what is the size of the drum?
Estimated life span of 6 months.
Can you to make Bolero pigup motor ?
size .
It is made for a certain amount of concrete and does really well driving has to be done slowly around curves and corners it is not loaded full and the mix is always on the bottom and is loaded in yards
I'm back. & the Driver takes a six month course on how to drive Truck properly, To work the workings of the Bowl & the rest properly, ?
