    Страх божий! Самое главное-красиво покрасить. Внешний вид решает всё. Вот уже 12 лет я работаю на бетонмиксере ,но только в Германии. Совершенно не завидую шофёру , который будет работать на этой машине. Качество сборки оставлю без комментариев.
    Но...загрузить бетон в барабан -не самое главное. Допустим и выгрузить тоже. Но как обслуживать машину после разгрузки??? Ведь это надо подняться наверх по лестнице без перил ,стоять на площадке без ограждения!!! И в тапочках!!! А я предполагаю что не только слесаря на этом заводе,но и водитель,который будет работать на этой машине,также будет в тапочках. И совершенно меня не интересует вся эта мишура с красивым логотипом. Просто пыль в глаза.

    Over the years I've watched 30 or more of these Pakistani fabrications and accident repair videos. This one is hands down the scariest of all that I've watched! The welding? Good quality welds do not require body filler handy work! And think about lock washers, or locking nuts on those safety rails and cat walks...their fit up skills are excellent and the sign painter is a true artist. More attention to welds is definitely a must! Would seem there is no material DOT or government safety standards to abide by, so whatever works for them, I guess. Looks great driving off the lot!

      It's designed economically under certain budget constraint. Moreover it's easily repairable because of being junk. The thing is most parts are either refurbished or build entirely out of broken parts. So this is quite alright considering these machines are built to last (as long as maintainence is available, which is indefinite)

    • @ruthbees7214
      @ruthbees7214 11 місяців тому +1

      I would say people assume they just tack it in. Don't know about that because they do not show full welding. Remember concrete is heavy 2.2 tonnes per cubic metre. I will bet they weld it decent enough otherwise it will collapse first load. Any time some one buys something in the world they expect it to work right. It's called consumer rights.😁❤ cannot be any worse than a Baryval drum total junk blade pulled away from the drum total shite build.

      @@williamwalker4029sorry to intrude in your comment but as a person in this field and from similar country, I can assure you these machines will last. I don't know about the channel's claim on the perfect welding sections in video being missing, but we do make these types of weld. Since most parts are refurbished and build in house, it is very necessary to not weld anything to make it permanent, so as to refurbish parts and body later. As you can see, this is not a traditional "straight from the factory line". In developing country, we got to use what we have. We can't just order parts. We most of the time save significant portion of budget by making instead of calling up a factory to get it. Also you can see, it's easily serviceable by any mechanic. It's like Soviet style of build. Things which can last as long the skilled workforce is available which is inevitably true.

    who says that bondo cant cure bad work especially when you use 2 colors to help show where there is no welding. i feel bad for the vehicle that hits this truck because it will fly apart at the corner seams and become flying knifes

    Мляяяяя..... "качество" сварных швов так и бросается в глаза, сплошные не провары и подрезы, хренова туча прихваток и коротких швов на несущих и опорных конструкциях. Надеюсь краска поможет всему этому не развалится при нагрузках. Очень "порадовали" способом закрытия лючка в бочку. После нескольких дней работы, болты там только срезать если вдруг понадобится доступ в бочку, а он понадобится.Болты там должны изнутри ставится, на прихватку от сворачивания,резьбой наружу.
