Then one thing that does affect how players feel about violations of the rules is who Blizz enforces the rules. If they are lax about enforcement, a type of enforcement that is seen as virtually none then more players will be breaking the rules. The rules will be seen as paper tigers. Where Blizz wold be all talk no action and that is not good for any game. That can spill over into their other games like Diablo 4, Diablo 2 Resurrected and Diablo 3. Along with any other non Diablo title. Then in time Blizz would be known as the game company that doesn't enforce its own rules. That is the one thing that can kill a game company if they get into that sorry state. Where the game rules have no real punishment for breaking them because they are not enforced. This means that all future games, game integrity will be meaningless to Blizz and that is not good for business or the players. Maybe it is a good thing that I left Immortal to play Path of Exile 2 Early Access and I am having fun with that game.
He should get real friends and stop feeling being rejected and hurt because he was kicked by his random digital friends. He needs to get out of his basement and get some sunshine.
The problem is people buying from Susan Express and other 3rd party sellers. Blizzard needs to immediately ban all accounts that purchase from 3rd party. Susan advertises for a reason. People buy it. Why should some people purchase legit from blizzard while others cheat by purchasing from 3rd party.
@@MiseryHatesCompany heres the main issue for all sides, if you pay blizzard 10k usd, you might get to 4k maybe 5k reso? And this is the way they intend it to be, to pay them. All people following the rules, that blizzard state clearly, end up with something around that. Then you have others paying 10k to people, and getting the experience of playing an account worth 100k maybe more, some not paying anything at all and getting it for free.... Why is this ok? Why are players who follow the rules having to pay more, while others pay MUCH less to get that experience. Why did blizzard warn us not to do it? And at the end of the day, the whole account is being sold, meaning if it has other games on the account they are also being sold or given away as well, it is not just the DI account being sold. It is clearly stated in the TOS, that is not just a DI TOS but a blizzard TOS. The argument of AFK farming isnt really valid, cause its more tied to botting then just being AFK. Its one thing to click a button every once in a while while standing in a spot, and another to constantly be standing in one spot and have a bot continuously click the buttons for you. Sure you can maybe argue this is a "grey area" as how can you determine who is just busy, and who is botting, what is the definition of AFK farming? What about following? You can afk and follow someone for hours, a system introduced by the team. Not saying i think people should get banned for it, just saying i can see this being a "grey area". But when it comes to account buying / gifting /sharing it is clearly stated it is not allowed, and what the consequence of it is and it is quite self explanatory. That said, the DI team specifically stated in a post that it is not ok to buy or sell accounts, to have people drive for you etc. The biggest slap in the face was them only temporary banning people who used susan/3rd party. This only really encourages people to do it more and more, just like the inaction on accounts being traded / shared / sold / gifted / rented. There are multiple issues i could go on about regarding this, and could elaborate alot more on the points and issues already made, but a voice chat would be much easier to get the points across. I think I was more surprised in the nature it was brought up. But I’m happy to discuss any topic openly which is why I posted the video. I was being tactful in my response to ensure I was voicing my opinion and not the opinion of others
Accounts are not necessarily bought. One of the clans in your video replaces a large proportion of their player base every few months. Has something to do with the national laws that limit gaming hours from what I've been led to believe. Same toons, just different people playing them.
I think account buying is fine if you want a little money back before you quit the game, but it should be banned only if you do what Kincaid did … (just my opinion)

Its normally illegal in all games. If they allow it they often will have a pay to game owners to have account transfered
